I have been coming to this location for 20+ years. It is only lessening in quality. Over the weekend, I placed an order through the drive thru. I had to give my order 3 times. I am allergic to dairy (which i clearly stated all 3 times), so my 3 items I asked for no cheese and no sour cream. Then ordered a few more things for my family. (A burrito, 2 cheesy roll ups, mini quesadillas and 2 orders of nachos.) One nacho without the red sauce since it was for my kids. Drove home and sat down at the dinner table with my family and my items had cheese (so I couldn't eat them due to the allergy and the nachos had red sauce so my kids couldn't eat it. So, sadly and unfortunately, my husband called to explain and a lady named Kris answered and said we can come back and get the incorrect items remade. Thank you for that, that is a very kind offer and is much appreciated. So, today (a few days later) my husband takes the receipt and asks them to make the incorrect items. He gets home and they didn't make one of my items and my other item (crunchwrap) had cheese and almost no meat, lettuce and no tomatoes... extremely disappointed. If I wasn't allergic, I wouldn't care if they made the mistake, but it is my health. I am not one to write reviews with negativity because people are allowed to have bad days and make a mistake here and there, but to have a mistake on the same order with important information as much as a food allergy, it is pretty disappointing. Read moreSo I usually dont leave reviews but this place was pretty comical. We came in, no greeting. Finally we order (aprrox 3 min and no one ahead of us) and the cashier was pretty nice I have to say. After paying she gave us our receipt and tells us to do a survey and that we should do it while we wait for our food. Tell me why, all the questions are about how our food looked and the accuracy??? Well I havent gotten my food yet but based on her kindness I gave them 4 and above stars... mind you 10 min of waiting for our food at this point and no other orders ahead of us but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because usually I receive good food and service. Our food is finally ready, but come to find out I was missing my 7 layer burrito & my boyfriend ordered steak quesadilla but received chicken ( he ate it anyway). They were made aware that my food was missing and that mistake was corrected but it was all lettuce tomato and guac. Not 7 layers, Whatever. Also the person after us who only waited 5 min for their food also received their order and it was all wrong. I understand if you are busy and making many mistakes but their drive through wasnt even packed either. I regretted doing the survey like she asked prior to receiving the order because they seriously need to work on a lot of things. Only reason they get 2 starts is because of the cashiers...
Read moreThis isn’t my usual Taco Bell but it was convenient as it’s right off the freeway in the direction of my home. We stopped here to get my son a freeze with his combo. The drive thru Cashier told me they do not serve Freezes at this location. Which I found odd cause it’s on their menu (see photo). As I placed my order I noticed the prices on the order screen were higher than the listed menu prices. When I asked the cashier she had no explanation. Just offered to cancel the order if I had concerns. I proceeded with the order. When I got to the window and was given my bags sealed with stickers, I asked is this everything. The cashier went to another employee who came to the window and politely said “I made sure everything is in there”. That was not the case when I opened the bags there was 2 missing items. I tried calling a couple time and no answer. The employees seem nice but it’s the restaurants responsibility to make sure these don’t happen.
