We had a group of 12, including three young children. They were given two weeks notice we were coming to celebrate a milestone birthday. I called a total of three times to confirm details so it was not a surprise we were coming. Food was ordered at different times, unfortunately those ordering first (family with small children) waited 50 min for their food, while others that ordered after received their food promptly. I ordered them hot, the flavor of the wings were pretty good, the only issue with the wings were they just weren’t crispy enough for my liking, they were very wet and slippery and I prefer a coated crispier wing. Like when you shake your wings with cornstarch before frying them. The fries were solid but a tad undercooked for my preference which is why this place got a 4/5 from me. Read moreRally Caps (formerly Rally House) serves the best wings in the Chippewa Valley IMO, but the pizza and burgers are also great. Drinks and service are top notch, too. The staff really seem to enjoy being there and providing the best experience for the customers.
If you haven't visited this location recently due to bad past experiences, give it a try now that it has new ownership, staff, and menu. You won't be disappointed. I hope they keep some rotating taps, so we get some new craft beers to wash...
