Wagon Wheel Cafe & Pizza — Restaurant in Chisago City

I just called this place a few minutes ago and said I had seen wonderful reviews about their Pizza. I wanted to order a house special Pizza but wanted Canadian bacon instead of sausage. Their menu online does not say no substitutions. The person I spoke with says the website does say no substitutions which is quite confusing. Regardless, as a new customer and owner of a food company I was told I could not make that simple substitution to try their product. The person I spoke with did not seem to care that I would be writing a Google review as such and just ask me are you going to order or not. The answer is not. I have lived out here for 8 years in Chisago City I love all their food, but have never felt more disrespected calling to talk about a pizza I ordered, telling me that I had should have know there were black olives we put on the taco pizza online it does not mention black olives on the taco. Therefore, I was on the phone with the manager's son. He apologized, saying that he has been making the pizzas for 15 years, plus ok, but I have lived here for 8 years and have never got a taco pizza with black olives. We kind of argued back and forth me and he kinda offered me some kind of discount, but in the end he never went through that, I guess I just will not be ordering...

Went there tonight for dinner and when we sat down there were only three other tables in there at the time. Got our menus and drinks. And then sat there, and sat there, and sat there while our waitress seemed to have forgot we were there. She picked up dirty dishes from one of the tables, and then she was gone again. Still hasn’t taken our order. New table comes in. She walks by us, gets their menus and drinks. And still doesn’t stop at our table. Still no order. A second new table comes in.
