Burger King — Restaurant in Chocowinity

I just would like to say every one even myself have bad days/nights. The Dance recital for CPS was at 6 pm till 7. Guess where everyone went after? Bojangles and Burger King. We chose BK because of the play ground. Wich is closed to the public by the way. Well the young lady that worked in BK s children were playing inside the play area. Well explain how you explain to a 3 yr old that she can't play inside the play area,just the cashier s kids could play. Her tiny little hand got shut in the play area door and my daughter ran over and opened it off of her hand. The cashier had to go attend to her little one. It left people in line with no one up front to fill orders. And I am not bashing a working mother at all. I have been left with having to take my girls to work with me before. It's just the fact that if no public kids can play then no one should be allowed to play. She came back out and worked the line. She was really sweet and thanked my daughter for helping her little one. But if there is anything events at one of the schools going on they should be on top of that. Schedule two workers during that time. They were slammed by the amount of people stopping to grab food before going home. I will say this again. Everyone can have bad nights. Burger King please reopen your play area. Kids love it. If not that door should be properly locked and a sign displayed not open...

I went to this restaurant on April 14th 2022 around 5. We ordered off the menu using the numbers not realizing that there was a sign at the time telling us that the numbers were not the same as you ordered it who would even think to look for something like that. We were informed that they would change the menu soon. We thought we were ordering two Whopper Juniors no cheese an order of fries and a drink. When we got out to the car we did not have Whopper juniors we had the CHA KING chicken sandwich priced 4 59 / 4. 69. We went back in for the mistake to be corrected that's when we were informed that we did not see the sign and the numbers did not match. We switched the sandwiches out got the Whopper Juniors which were sorry. We were never offered the reimbursement for the $2 and some change in difference for both sandwiches. It is so pathetic that you cannot even go to a fast food restaurant that you typically enjoy eating from. It Is like playing Russian roulette with your money and I am so tired of people that don't take pride in their work or appreciate the hard dollar earned. I wonder who else is being cheated out of the...

So I go to Burger King today to get myself and my son a milkshake little treat, and after they process my payment then they tell me oh we don't carry strawberry shakes anymore would you like anything else I said not really I don't care for chocolate shakes can I just get my money back. She said no we're not giving you your money back. I said well I just want my money back since I didn't get anything from you for my money. The manager said I'm not giving you your money back I can call the police. I said we'll go ahead since y'all stole my money maybe y'all will be the ones in the wrong.
