I had a review in here about my tea being perfect. WELL! I made the horrible mistake of thinking that meant I should go back! I went back on 10-10-22. I learned my lesson. I said to the girl when I paid, "Ask them not to make my tea until I get to the window please. So I can tell them what I want." She said, "OK." I sat in my car, trapped between the guy in front of me with a $30 some dollar order and the car behind me for 15 freaking minutes. Did they have the guy pull up? NO! Why??? I get to the window. They are laughing and dancing around. Just having a grand old time. She is putting a lid on a tea. I'm thinking that had better not be mine. It was. I said you were not supposed to make that until I asked you. She says, "What?" I just said give me my money back. I was so thirsty by this point. And furious. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS BOJ. EVER. Every other Boj I've been to is nice, polite and tries to be accommodating. NOT this one. Oh, and when I got my money back? Guy just slams his hand out of the window with the dollar in it.    Read moreAt one time Bojangles really was top of its market, not anymore. Pulled into the Chocowinity, NC location on 02/16/2025 at 11:26 AM. Placed an order for ONLY chicken, was told 15 minutes, so cool. Pulled forward, paid for the chicken and was instructed to park and the chicken would be right out at 11:28. At 12:00, 32 minutes later, we made a call into the restaurant and was "greeted" by what I can only explain or describe as the main individual that has NO BUSINESS answering the phone or communicating with the public at this location. Without question the rudest individual, who preceded to tell me they were under staffed, that the chicken was being dropped. For me to make any kind of ATTEMPT to express the lack of professionalism, our disappointment and the level of rudeness/dismissiveness would be impossible. Owner/Manager should take heed!    Read moreMy experience in the drive through today was pretty crazy. I ordered a chicken and rice bowl with a large Dr. P and nobody was in line in the drive through when I pulled in. When I got up to pay the lady rudely told me they didnât have any rice so did I want something else. So I ordered another meal with a large Dr. P. I wasnât told until I got to the food window that they didnât have Dr. P. And I asked what drinks they did have and the young lady with long box braids with the grey glasses on said (extremely attitude-y) that they had Pepsi products. And gave me -2. Seconds before I could get anything out of my mouth (again extremely bothered that I was taking too long) what I wanted.
