Hardee’s — Restaurant in Chocowinity

I usually on go to the Hardees in my hometown of Chocowinity. The food is typically the same quality and consistent. Almost everytime i order at drive thru they ask me to pull around in front of the building because they are waiting on something. This happens whether there are people inside or not and even when I'm the only customer there. So it's not technically what I would consider fast food and it's expensive. On a positive note, they have been there in same location since early 1990's and survived all the changes. Other restaurants in Chocowinity have come and gone several times over. When they 1st opened it was one of the first Skats locations in the area. Then went to being Hardee's Skat thru and eventually to just Hardee's. Ordered a number 3, mushroom swiss combo. The screen at the drive thru was not working so you could not review order. She did say the order, but could not understand. At the window, she understood no.3 as an all star $5.00 box which is another no.3. We accepted the order and left. After opening the box as we were leaving the lot, the fries, onion rings and so called double cheese burger which is a single patty was also cold. The drink and chocolate chip cookie was good. It's Hardee's so you get what you come for, I will tell you that everytime I come here my order is always right, so there isn't that hassle of having to find out your missing something and have to either call or ride back out. Lol! The food is good, the chicken sandwich -omg- that's my favorite... So if you want something good and decently priced and you happen to be in chocowinity I'd recommend coming here over Burger King by far..... Just saying unless you want to turn around and go pick up what wasn't given to you or is just old...
