Every time I go there at 12am. The two girls working that shift can't make anything on the menu. Like seriously no fries, chicken and any thing that means they have to filter the oil machines. In the last five times I went since I moved down here I have not been able to order combo means. The service is so bad that I hate even putting time an energy into writing this. I haven't called any managers because I'm not one to complain, but just letting people know before they decide for a late night snack. Carl's Jr isn't the idea place to be after 12am...
.... Ok well, I'm Frank. I'm a pretty calm and down to earth guy, so I carry myself with good energy. So personally I love Carl's Jr, the service in Madera where I'm from is good n above average. But the thing is, I have tired ordering from your restaurant located in chowchilla and the service is by far the most uncomfortable and unprofessional process I've been through in any restaurant. I've brought my family with me each of those 5 times I went to order food approximately around 12am. The cashier girl was nice but couldn't get our orders, she said the machine needed an oil change and that would take about an hour so left because I couldn't order any type of fries or chicken. About an hour later I came back and they the cashier said that the machines need an oil change. So than I asked for a manager, and the cook came to the window with a strong since of attitude. Read moreI drove thru on the way home late cause it was convenient. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito with sour cream and extra sauce. He said we are out of red sauce is that ok? I said we'll I wanted extra sauce so do u have another sauce. He said yes green but that will cost u a little over two dollars. I said can u please just add the green sauce since u are completely out of red? He said no I have to charge u He said there's pico de Gallo. But to me that's not anywhere near the same. So I said I'll take the green. It was over 13 bucks for that and a SMALL drink. I was very bummed but then I had to wait for 12 min for my 1 BURRITO??? Cars behind me were turning off there cars. It was what seemed like an eternity!!! Its Fast food so you dont have to spend the time dining somewhere..correct?? I understand things happen sometimes but this was BAD BUSINESS. I also asked for extra taco sauce so I could at least get my extra sauce. I looked in the bag and there was 1 packet???? I mean think about that? It just dosent seem right!! First, I received regular soda instead of diet, which I specifically ordered due to health reasons. I even double-checked at the window to confirm it was diet soda, but it wasn’t. I couldn’t even drink it.
Second, I didn’t get the waffle fries I ordered. Instead, I was given regular fries, which were mushy and unappetizing. To top it off, I also ordered a cheeseburger with bacon, but the bacon was missing. I essentially paid $23 for items I didn’t order or couldn’t consume.
