If I could give this place a minus 100 stars I most certainly would. I have never experienced such horrible and disgusting service as I did at this Wendy’s location. My sister and I were returning home from NC when we stopped for a bite to eat. I gave my sister my order and proceeded to the restroom. There was NO toilet paper, it smelled like a cesspool and was so gross. I walked right back out of that disgusting bathroom. I proceeded to the counter where my sister was still waiting. The cashier had sat our cups for our drinks on the counter so we proceeded to the soda machine and discovered every soda was out. I walked our cups back to the cashier and informed her. She said “ oh yeah, they are all out. I have to fill them from the back”. Why did she even give the cups to us if she knew the soda machine was empty of all drinks. We found out they were also out of potatoes by another unhappy customer. Additionally, there was zero paper napkins available. I leaned over the counter to see why our food was taking so long. I realized right then and there I was no longer hungry. My stomach turned when I saw how filthy the restaurant was. Sadly, the workers were worse. I’ve never seen anything so disgusting. I told my sister that I can’t do this. She agreed so we asked for our money back. I told them how unhappy I was about the unsanitary bathroom conditions, the lack of available food and napkins and that I was disgusted by the filth. I guess it was the person in charge that came over to cancel our order and handed me my $10.81 cents back. I could tell by her body language and the way she tossed my money into my hand that she could care less. No apologies, but she did managed to say “have a nice day” as we were leaving. Her and the other workers laughed at us as we walked out the door. This experience did not only caused me to lose my appetite but I may never be able to stomach any Wendy’s ever again. Read moreI will absolutely never be going back to this restaurant. My children and I stopped for food, and we pull into the drive-through with only 2 cars in front of us! I ask my kids what they want and they both lay chicken nuggets! The car in front of me had been at the speaker for a while, and Then it was our turn, we order two kids meals in a taco salad. In total our wait in the drive through, was around 20-25 minutes! It’s a 20 minute drive home on top of that! So, we drive home we get our food out (by that time it was cold) and I realize that Wendy’s decided to give both of my children (who are both under the age of five) spicy nuggets, so I called back to the Wendy’s. They tell me to come back and they would replace my food. So, I go back to Wendy’s and they tell me that they can’t bring the food outside to me that I have to go back to the drive-through, so I go through the drive-through and once again I wait 25 minutes I finally get to the window the gentleman at the window says “you’re total will be $16.85” I was taken back because I have waited over a half an hour for food, I’m not paying twice!! and I asked to speak to the manager and the man at the window completely ignored my request, and said: “ do you need any sauce packets?” I was LIVID by this point! He never once offered to get the manager, never once offered to refund me my money, he never even asked what was wrong. This is ridiculous. The food is disgusting I will never be going back to this establishment and I really think the health department needs to go down there and do an inspection because the restaurant was filthy I could see it through the window. Read moreOne issue with this location is its opened or closed randomly. There is no logic or reason to if the lobby is opened or closed and sometimes the restaurant is closed when it’s supposed to be open. Even if there are people inside eating, you might go up to the door and it’s locked. Do not bother doing a mobile order here because they’re not gonna make it until you get here and they’re gonna expect you to wait in a huge long line which is the precise reason you do mobile orders. Literally the slogan on it is don’t wait in line but it’s a lie you will be waiting. During the day it’s not horrible, but the evening staff is almost completely useless. They do not care. They’ll be a line wrapped around the building and three of them standing outside smoking cigarettes Well, two people were inside trying to do everything. The staff could care less what happens. Anytime there is someone that cares and tries, you only see them a couple of times because they quit. You can’t get good people when you hire so many mediocre or bad people. Good people won’t stay. And stop telling everyone you can’t find good people in fast food because you can. If you go to Chick-fil-A, you will see you can. If you go to Panera bread you will see you can, if you go to Starbucks you will see that you can. if you go to chipotle or chicken salad chick, you will see that you can find decent people to work in fast food. This has been the absolute worst fast food location for so long and it’s really sad because Wendy’s has a lot of my favorite food. But I am done with them.
