My daughter and I visit this location at least once a week and have NEVER been treated as rudely as we were on Saturday 9/24. My daughter's drink was ordered with cold foam, whipped cream and cinnamon on top and mine with just cold foam and cinnamon. When the barista handed me the drinks I noticed that both were missing the cinnamon and hers was missing the whipped cream. First, I checked the sticker to make sure that I did in fact order the drinks correctly, which I had. So, I took the lids off and nicely said "excuse me, but this drink was supposed to have whipped cream and both are supposed to have cinnamon, do you mind adding them for me?" The barista rolled his eyes and snapped "I'll just have to remake them" and then procced to rip the drinks out of my hands spilling one all over the counter and the floor. I was is shock and said "you didn't have to remake both drinks just to add some whipped cream and cinnamon". He then walked to the sink and poured both drink down the drain. As he was remaking my daughter's drink he rudely looked over and snapped "just so you know, this whipped cream and cold foam just isn't going to lay right". I told him, that was fine that we literally get that drink 1-2 times a week and no one has had problems making it before. Who cares how the drink "lays". He then proceeded to roll his eyes again and hand my drink off to someone else to finish making.
I was absolutely horrified at the way he acted, treated, and spoke to me. All over some whipped cream and cinnamon. I know everyone has a bad day but you don't have to be so rude.
After this past weekend I am strongly considering taking our business to the new local coffee shop that is opening right down the road, Space Rabbit Coffee.
There was absolutely no reason for this barista to act the way he did when he was the one who made the drinks incorrectly and was only asked to add some whipped cream and sprinkle some cinnamon.

Read moreThis Starbucks doesn't use Starbucks brand coffee or the barista needs training. We've ordered 4 different coffees and all were different than other Starbucks. Trenta ice coffee tastes just like Dunkin' Donuts regular coffee. The deep roasted and crunch smell and taste wasn't found. Café Latte tastes like milk. After 25 minutes, it stayed white. The barista maybe forgot to add expresso. Did I just ordered hot milk for $4.55?? Iced matcha Latte. Wish I had taken pictures. The whip cream was on center. Green tee matcha powder was on top. Ice caramel mojiato upside-down. They mixed (Stirred) whole drink, looks like ice coffee with caramel syrup.
I tell you all. All Starbucks are not same. Spent $22 and my valuable points for horrible experience. I edit this review b/c there many auto-corrected typos in review and I don't want to give bad review on one of my favorite chains. Maybe the time I visited was shift change time so barista wasn't thinking too hard. I Love Starbucks. I just got another ice coffee this morning. Loved. Not sure, I will go back to this particular Starbucks...
Read moreFirst, I rarely choose this location because the few times I have the staff has been rude. Surprise, no different today. The girl said my order was ready, but asked me to wait longer before I come to pick up my mobile order in the future so they have time to prepare it. I thought she just said it was ready?!?!? She informed me that I placed my order at 10:29 and it was only 10:38 when I was at the speaker. The app says 8-11 min prep time and that the “estimated” pick up time is 10:40. Usually there is a line of people placing their order at the speaker. I always expect to wait in line and by the time I get my items they are cold (not inexpensive either). Well today there wasn’t a line. Ironically, by the time the car ahead of me was finished it was 10:40!!!! Huh, isn’t that the pickup time that I was told for my order???? Sorry for the rant, but it rubbed me the wrong way because I have never had another Starbucks say that to me or just be rude in general. That’s twice now that this location has complained. The other locations are much friendlier, busier, and appreciate...
