We stopped in to grab a couple sandwiches to go. This was Friday 9/27/24 in the evening. The young girl working was filling to-go orders and never even looked at us let alone acknowledge our presents. We stood waiting but she kept working the to- go orders one after the other. She had a very sour look on her face so I don't think she likes working there. That is not the customer's fault. You should greet the customer finish the order you are working on and then fill their order. We waited several minutes without so much as a glance, so rude. We left and will never be back. We placed an order using the app for 2 footlongs last night. Placed the order around 6:50 and the app said we could pick it up at 7:15. I arrived at 7:15 and there was one lady in line. The girl behind the counter said our order wasn't ready and asked the other girl to start making our order. It took her 12 minutes to make 2 sandwiches.
