The Human Bean — Restaurant in Chubbuck

I've been a regular visitor to the Human Bean Coffee Shop for quite some time now, and my experience has been a bit of a rollercoaster lately. In the past, this place was a hidden gem, offering some pretty good coffee and a great breakfast options. However, my recent visits have left me with mixed feelings.First and foremost, the quality of their coffee still stands out. They have managed to maintain the rich flavors and aromas that initially drew me in. However, there's an issue with some of the employees' attitude. When I asked questions about certain products, I encountered a level of impatience and indifference that was quite off-putting. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and it's disappointing to see it slipping here.Another notable letdown was the inconsistency between their online menu and what's available in-store. Their website suggests they offer food options, but on a recent visit, I was told they had no food available. This inconsistency can be frustrating, especially when you're expecting a particular item.While I wanted to continue giving Human Bean a fair chance, it seems like they don't value my patronage or are bothered by my inquiries. I hope they can address these issues and return to being the welcoming and enjoyable coffee shop they once were. Until then, I'll be exploring other coffee shops...

I was excited about Human Bean since the location is right up the road from work. A few weeks ago, I went for the first time. The gal recommended me a drink adding vanilla syrup with Half and Half. I loved it! I've gone back 2x since and each time the Half and half is not added. Which isn't the taste I want and I have thrown out 2-20 oz drinks. I went back this time hoping the gal who made it for me the first time by chance will be there. The window people are always sweet which makes it not so bad but still money wasted and I go un-caffiented for...

We were excited to try this have visited the ones in Oregon and it was always good. My husband's mocha was perfect for him. I ordered an Irish Cream breve an it didn't have any Irish cream in it. Was just really stout coffee and milk. My daughter ordered a coconut smoothie which they asked if pinacolada was o.k. and then asked if an alternative could be used for the ice-cream also. When my daughter got the drink it tasted like straight pineapplejuice,no coconut at all.Hopefully since they just opened it's a learning curve and it...
