Mars Ice Cream Shop — Restaurant in Chubbuck

This place has Reed's Dairy ice cream!!!! It's hands down the best hard ice cream in southeastern Idaho, with so many delicious flavors! They've got all the normal ice cream flavors like vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, mint, praline pecan, and then huckleberry, snickerdoodle, bubble bear, fudge brownie, you name it (and they offer samples, and you can get multiple flavors scooped in a cone or bowl). I'm in heaven knowing this place exists in Chubbuck!

It's perfectly located next to the Palace Playhouse so you can get ice cream right after your show.

They even do the Reed's Dairy brown cow, which is like a root beer float, but chocolate milk in place of the soda, and any flavor of ice cream.

I didn't try their popcorn, but saw multiple customers going for their mountain dew popcorn, so I'm going to have to check out their various...

Went in for the first time and surprised to see Reed's Dairy Ice Cream! Got 2 scoops for me and my daughter to eat outside and a pint for family at home. When we got home, the pint was a weird sandy texture. I called the next afternoon and the owner (I assume) answered cheery and said to come in and exchange it!! Must have been a bad batch. Ice cream from 3 or 4 places. Quite a variety of flavors. I had Chunky Monkey & butterscotch something. They also have bags of different flavor/color popcorn and bags of coated pretzels as well as other candy. It wasn't busy when we arrived about 6:45ish, there were quite a few people afterwards.
