I wanted to bring a serious issue to your attention regarding the cups used for your coffee. This morning, I purchased three Americanos, and on my way, one of the cups suddenly started leaking from the bottom, spilling scalding hot coffee all over me and my car. By the time I reached my destination, the other cups had also started leaking from the bottom.

I highly recommend testing your cups by pouring hot coffee into them and letting them sit for 5–10 minutes to see if they hold up. I love your coffee, but the quality of the cups needs urgent improvement to prevent situations like this from happening again.

This experience left both me and my car in a complete mess. I hope you’ll consider switching to more reliable cups, as this is a safety...

I went for the first time and it was awkward, I asked for a flat white kid on the window didn’t know if they serve them, asked for light ice and he didn’t know that either. By the sounds and looks of it that kid had no ideas what the menu has to offer. My drink was your average drink you make or get at Starbucks, for same price but better service from Starbucks. I went a second time to give it a second chance and there was one car on the other end and I went to the other window waited there for longer thank 3 min so I’m left due...

Until today, I hadn't visited ICC in months (trying to kick the coffee habit). When I pulled up today, Gunner immediately knew my name. Now THAT is good customer service. I love that I can always rely on Idaho Coffee Company for good drinks, good conversations, and most importantly, good vibes. They're such a positive force in our community — you can feel the optimism radiating from the whole team. Thank you, Idaho Coffee Company! (P.S.
