I would give this place negative stars if I could. The first time we ordered online and have it delivered to our house for a fee few years ago when they delivered my food 2 hours late! should've learned my lesson but decided to give them another chance since their food was actually decent and maybe since it's been a few years ago, thought they would already have their $h!t together but no. Big mistake. Last December 21st, I placed an order of couple half trays of food for a December 26 delivery at 11am and since the delivery fee was only $5, i opted to have it delivered instead. Come December 26, I never received any text about my delivery so I called their store at 11:30 and they placed me on hold for 20 mins, hung up and i called again and they placed me again on hold for another 15 mins til they answered. I asked them where's my order and they told me that it's already ready. I told them if they're ever gonna deliver it to me and they said they do not do delivery. I said yes you do and I paid for it and even have the confirmation receipt to prove it. They said they're gonna check with the supervisor and was put on hold again for another 15-20 mins and a guy answered and i told them the situation and said this is not the first time they did this. He said he'll check with the online manager and put me again on hold. While i was on hold, i got a text message from them saying the delivery is at 1230pm. The guy came back on the phone and asked if it's a doordash order and i said no. So then he said he'll be delivering it to me himself and that he's leaving the store right now and confirmed my address. About 15 mins later our ring door bell rang and we answered right away and just left the box of food at our doorstep. I have never been so aggravated about an order before. This will be the last time I will order from them again let alone use their delivery service. Apparently they still have not gotten their shit together after all these years. Ordered over $200 worth of food at this location: Cebuchon, Grilled Seafood Platter, Pinakbet and Bibingka, the seafood platter that was supposed to be Two Grilled Tilapias, 1 Grilled Pompano Fish and Grilled Squid, and they gave us instead Chicken Skins, Chicharon Bulaklak, Shrimp and Pork Bagnet, we did not see this until we got home to prepare for our party and we were very disappointed at this mistake, not only that, but the broth from the Pinakbet leaked off the tray, due to poor food packaging. Sad to say, please double check everything you order here before leaving, you cannot trust...
