Customer service here is terrible. Ordered crispy chicken and rice combo. The food took about 15 minutes. My son picked up the food and did hear the lady call out crispy chicken and rice. Grabbed the food and drove home only to find the wrong order. Called back to complain and the lady claimed they called out longanisa fries. Both of my sons heard crispy chicken and rice called out. They need to have a better system so their orders do not get mixed up. To top it off, the lady over the phone was super rude! She said “if you want the crispy chicken you’re going to have to come back here and pay for it” No thanks! Employee was very rude and unprofessional. I was a first time customer. As I approached the counter, she didn't greet me she just simply said what do you want!! I ask for a iced mocha coffee and she said with an attitude what size? I kindly asked her what sizes do you have this is my first time here. With an attitude she said regular or large? I told her regular. She handed me a hot mocha and spun the register screen around so I could choose the tip amount she would receive.
