I ordered online at 6:30pm and was told my order would be ready at 6:50. I got there just before 7pm. There was sign on the door saying "Bathroom! Back soon!" I waited outside for over 10 minutes in the rain and then walked back to my store in the same shopping center. I want a refund. I am looking across the parking lot and the sign is still there. It's 7:20pm. I called and it just says that the mailbox of the person I am calling is full. I could see my sub sitting on the rack but can't get to it. This is my worst Subway experience without a doubt. I paid nearly $10 and no food has been given.
I went to send this to Subway but don't have a store number. They say it's on the receipt but because my money was taken and no food was given, I have no receipt.

Upon being notified the order was ready for pickup we went in only to learn that the Proctor Valley Subway had voided the order due to being out of certain items. While the counter girl claimed she had tried to contact us re the order, no effort was made to contact us according to my phone, and no message left Then she said I'd have to track my credit card to make sure the order was actually voided and the charge reversed.
