I have never been to this restaurant but my son and his wife have and truly enjoy everything! So, this was a new grandson celebration and this was our order:
Apps
Shrimp shumai Pot stickers
Rolls
Tutuna Made in China Double Dragon
Now keep in mind they open at 5 pm daily but you can place your order online and time’s available for pickup are always displayed: I placed our order and I was okay with the pickup time; after all it was a Friday night. They have an excellent process of texts and emails that keep you well informed about your order and when it’s ready for pickup (pay online to order) Parking in the area is free at night and weekends; but it may be best to drop the person off and circle the town center because if they texted the order is ready than it’s a hop out, picked up inside and be gone in minutes I went a little early so I did park outside the restaurant. I’d never been here so I went inside and it was getting packed; lots of repeat customers Very clean; yet simple decor All the staff were polite and friendly Customers all looked really happy; it’s made to order sushi so keep that in mind whether you sit inside or take out Every presentation I seen look really nice on the customer tables Our order was fresh and outstanding!!! Take out was well packed and my drive from the restaurant to the hospital did not alter any food packaging or presentation If you want some fresh great sushi place than give Cloud 9 a try I think our order was around $61 but worth it Thank you everyone at...
Read moreFirst time I ordered to go I waited 40 minutes after my pick up time. Which It didn’t bother me as bad as this time. Last night I called in an order at 5:13pm to pick up at 6:30pm. Plenty of time right? So my wife gets there at 6:40pm since she knows they are always late with the time and go figure they didn’t have our order ready. Come to find out they gave it to another person on accident and had to make the entire order after they realized they messed up. I get we’re all human but that’s the 2nd time I’ve gotten a carry out order and the 2nd time I had to wait long after the pick up time. They didn’t offer anything to us or discount it for their fault of just giving a $55 order to someone else with no questions asked. My wife ended up getting our order almost an hour after our pick up time. Since they didn’t try to make it right in wasting our time I won’t ever come back here for dine in or take out. On top of this, every time I’ve dined in the staff at the front door always looks unhappy and seem to just be in a bad mood. Not all the staff are like that. I’ve probably had 1 or 2 staff members who seem nice and seem like a typical waiters or waitresses but most of the staff don’t have any personalities at all and act like you’re a nuisance. I doubt they don’t even care how I feel and won’t respond to any reviews I post but I just want people to know my experience with them since I don’t write many reviews due to me being a laid back individual. This incident just...
Read moreReally great food but unfortunately every time we have visited in person we get some dopey confused waitress / waiter. Most recently our waitress disappeared after we put our orders in and when she appeared again she asked if we were ready for the check... We hadn't even received our entree's yet? Another time our waiter approached our table and just stared at us without saying anything for several moments before I asked if I could help him. He then proceeded to act as if I disrupted some great concept or idea he had brewing in his hollow skull. Another trip resulted in our waitress giving us the wrong food THREE times without realizing it. Are the people working here actually robots controlled by little goblins within their heads trying to act human? On another note, the decor is downright shanty. The walls have blemishes everywhere. I understand they pride themselves on not being a 'Pretentious' establishment but there's got to be some standards upheld. The bewildering staff combined with the dingy environment makes me feel as if I'm being served food by Gordon Ramsey in a soup kitchen or perhaps an alleyway where you may or may not be harmed by otherworldly beings. It may also be smart to have some dress code with the staff as there have been times our waiter approached our table and I had to question if they were anything more than a homeless man who wandered in from the streets. A simple name tag or T-shirt would suffice. Truly a bizarre yet...
