Aspired Vegan — Restaurant in Elmwood Place

On March 14-2025 I had a delivery through Door Dash. Be careful when you order food from Aspired Vegan you may not get what you paid for. I ordered 9 items and only received 5. I did not receive the 1. Vegi Burger 2. Red Potatoes & Onion 3. Sweet Potatoes & Onions 4. Strawberry Juice. I did receive the Vegetarian Chili and it was the worst Vegi Chili I ever had. I am a vegetarian and had many different vegetarian chili. The Stir Fry is good. The Papaya - Strawberry and Papaya Juice is good. And the Pistachio Cake is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! I don't ever plan to order anything from this restaurant again because not receiving half your order is inexcusable. Curious about what I was seeing on social media, I drive 90 minutes one way to try Aspired Vegan. Everything I tried was wonderful but the Market Mushroom sandwich was absolutely amazing, the most delicious mushrooms I have ever had. I bit into it and realized immediately there was no way I was going to add that side of hot sauce I asked for because it was already perfection! Also, the owner was so nice, sweet, patient, and accommodating to me as I navigated my first visit. It won't be my last - I can't wait to go back! Thank you so much. The atmosphere was calm and food smelled amazing not to mention taste delicious. My cousin suggested I get the potatoes and raspberry tea as an add on to my dish. She made a great suggestion. The veggie burger was home made and incredibly tasty . Also, I order The quinoa stirfry that is mouthwatering. I cannot wait to dig in tomorrow.
