My overall experience at Fine Wine O'Clock has elicited a strong response and merits a 5+ star review. The owners have transformed this space, once a dingy dry cleaners, into a sophisticated and super cozy gathering spot that offers not only wine and a full bar + cocktails, but delicious small plates, many of which come from the Macedonian region (ie. Flat bread pizza, charcuterie board, Burek (think fluffy spanikopita, but much more delicious), and many others). Unlike a majority of bars, which are large and cold feeling, the intimacy and warmness of Fine Wine O'Clock will grab you when you walk through the front door. It became evident to me right away that the owners have approached everything with a profound love for their Macedonian heritage and aim to deliver the utmost quality product and experience to their customers. Pere the owner was not only knowledgeable but genuinely passionate, guiding us through each Macedonian wine pour with stories that brought the wines to life. Every tasting felt curated, not just served.

The Macedonian wine selection was diverse and well-balanced, offering something for every palate—from crisp whites to bold reds The food pairings were spot-on, especially the charcuterie bites that elevated the tasting experience.

What truly stood out was the atmosphere: relaxed yet refined, perfect for both seasoned wine lovers and curious newcomers. It felt less like a transaction and more like a shared celebration of flavor and craft.

BEST HIDDEN GEM WINE BAR IN CINCINNATI!!! If you haven’t been to Fine Wine O’Clock in Pleasant Ridge then you are missing out. Do not let the quaint and unassuming exterior of the building fool you - this place has so much character and charm inside, it’s a shame more people don’t know about it. The wines are all from the Balkan region and I can guarantee you will find some wines you have never tried that are to die for. The owners are so sweet and friendly and will guide you through the unique wines to find something you love. If that wasn’t enough, the small bites they offer for food are delicious and they sell gift baskets, have wine tastings every week, and a 4 course wine pairing dinner once every month.
