Gold Star — Restaurant in Cincinnati

My goodness, where to start... First off, a kudos to the one server who was trying to hold everything together yesterday. From what I could tell, the entire time we were there, she did nothing but try to help the other server. Who happened to be our server... sigh What a cluster... We gave her our order and she seemed to struggle from the get go. When she brought out our food, it was wrong. It belonged to the table next to us. They came in several minutes after we placed our order. When she brought out our food again, it was literally the same order that she just tried to give us. Same everything. But it didn't belong to anyone this time. The THIRD time she brought food, it was mostly what we ordered and we took it because we were both over our lunch breaks and it was at least close to what we wanted. It was also completely cold because it had been ready for about 20 minutes or so. The cheese wasn't even melted on the chili cheese fries anymore. It had re-congealed. Mmm. When we got our bill, she didn't ring anything up correctly, so THAT needed to be redone. A manager tried to show her, but she was looking at her phone. So, I'm sure that teachable moment was a loss. Long story short, if you go to this location and get a server with extremely decorated nails and a totally disinterested look on her face, go eat someplace else. It's not going to be a...

Service was bad!!! Three employees in the store and a child. My boyfriend and I and one other customer. Child about 11-12 filling styrofoam cups with cheese with her I assume mother. Then when the other customer left the child with the same gloves she had on filling cups with cheese was sent to clean the table where the customer was dining. Then used her sweatshirt sleeve to dry the table. Had to ask for drink refills! Food took a long time to get to us when the other customer was already eating when we arrived, and it was incorrect when it arrived. Lady said it wasn’t put in like we ordered it. She did correct it swiftly though. But the child filling cups and washing tables was absolutely ridiculous....

This review is purely of service. Arrived at noon on a friday. Store is virtually empty. Waited several minutes for any attention at the counter. Server was a sniffling, sneezing, coughing mess. Server placed napkin with a bit of onion on it, noticed, LEFT IT rather than replacing. Waited several more for my drink. Waited a while for food, server forgot to ring it in then argued with the line cooks. After food was dropped, server never checked back. She actually walked out the door at one point and left her phone (ringing) on a table behind me. I will NEVER be back to this location.
