I have been coming to this Penn Station since I can remember. Today was a new experience. I ordered online and went to go pick it up. I asked if it was already made because I forgot to say no honey mustard. No worries, it was already made anyways, it wasn't a big deal. I added a drink and fry on my order when I was there and it took them a long time to make my fries. I might as well have just came in to order instead of online because everyone was getting their orders with fries without any hesitation. Like 6 people had gotten their food before my fries were done and I had stood in line to wait for them too so technically I should have gotten mine before them. When they were about done, the lady said that she is still waiting on my fries and a second later she gave them to me and said that they were super hot because they were right out the fryer. I eat some as soon as I close my car door and there was no hesitation to eat them meaning they were not as hot as if they had just got out the fryer. I get home and my tomatoes were just sitting on top of the sandwich as if they had forgot to put them on there at first. Two stars because the food is undeniably good, really bad experience, but at least they put my extra meat on there...
Read moreThey made my sandwich incorrectly so I called to let them know about the issue. A team member told me no problem and to come back with the sandwich and he'll replace it. I told him I was headed to work and couldn't return for a few days. He said no problem, I'll just take care of you when you come back. When I returned about a week later the "General Manager" REFUSED to replace my sandwich. He told me I'd have to pay 50% off the price of my sandwich because I didn't bring back the sandwich.... I was completely flabbergasted at how a manager got a food restaurant suggested that I hang on to a sandwich for a week in order to have it replaced. I even took pictures and videos of the sandwich showing it was completely different than my receipt. The moral and ethical thing to do would have been to simply replace what you messed up THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR! I paid my money and didn't get to eat my sandwich because YOU made a mistake. When I reached out to corporate I was told they would forward the complaint to the store. Horrible horrible customer service. There are so many other new dining places popping up! Go where you are celebrated! We won't be back and will continue to...

I ordered a small sub,when I paid at the checkout counter, the lady had a glove on her left hand, cough into the glove, with the same glove she me my change back and then she went to wrap up the sandwiches and others orders.,with that same glove on..I just got so piss , I just had to leave before I hurt someone. How are you going to handle money, still wearing a glove, then cough into it and handle someone food..I was at the vine street, penn in heartwell..I just had to leave...
