KFC — Restaurant in Cincinnati

First time I've been and had a horrible experience. I went to the drive through and had to pull up too wait as my order wasn't ready. There were several other cars waiting and a line. They brought my order out and it was the wrong order. They did this two more times so I decided to go inn and help them get my order right. I walked in and seen an employee, with no gloves on, pick up chicken and put it in folks box meal. Then she rubbed the grease and crumbs off against her shirt. Surely she should know better. I just asked for my money back. I couldn't eat after seeing that! Seems like they had a whole new young staff, that simply needs proper training and too be able to know the difference between a thigh and a breast as well as the other person needs training on not to serve with her hands unless she has on gloves. Preferably, she uses the tongs they provide to pick up the food. It's sad a lot of these places are going out of business simply because they don't train their staff properly. They definitely should not be using cell phones...

This location is a complete joke. Only gave a star because I had too. Store was empty and we still waited 15 minutes for our food to be done, We asked for a side of green beans and the lady helping us rudely interrupted us and said kfc doesn’t serve green beans. We’ve been to just about every other location from Covington to kenwood in the past 10 years and they all served green beans! We decided it wasn’t a big deal, How ever when we asked when they stopped serving green beans the lady asked us to repeat our selves, So we did and she blatantly ignored us. We were told to hold on while ordering 3 times, In total we spend 30 minutes at this location and they didn’t even give us the right sides either. We were never rude or nasty with them in anyway. I will never return to this location and will continue to encourage others not to as well. The staff at this location is very rude, Inconsiderate, poorly trained and unprofessional. You need to re-staff this location because they have 0 customer service skills in an industry that is 100% customer...

This was the WORST experience I have ever had from KFC. I get it, it's fast food, it's cheap and I shouldn't have high expectations. But this trip has been a very thorough disappointment. I go to the lobby to order and it seems that nobody was really paying attention to doing their job. The employee completely walked away after taking the order of the person in front of me so I had to sit and wait for somebody to actually care enough to come back around. Then they weren't really paying attention while I was ordering. I go to fill my drink, slip and almost fall because the floor was soaked from them mopping the floor. No wet floor sign in sight. Get home and try to eat the food. My mom found a bone in her pot pie, the mac and cheese looked like it was scraped from the bottom of a burnt and dry container, the fries were old and cold, and the chicken tasted extremely peppery, old, and like it was fried twice. It literally looks the wrong color. This place needs new management if they're serving food...
