We ordered a few weeks ago and they were out of Alfredo but forgot to call us. When we picked up they had given us another pasta then got an attitude with my husband when he asked to go to the car and see if the 10 yr old would eat it. When we got home we realized our breadsticks had cheese, not a biggie. Open the pizza it’s completely wrong. Tried calling, no answer. My husband went back to the store. They were playing loud music and the girl at the counter literally got an attitude saying we ordered wrong. I sent the exact order to show her EVERYTHING in our order was wrong. He was scared to show her because what they might do to the pizza. In the end the pizza was disgusting, soggy and corporate said the store would contact us. They didnt. Today we ordered and they forgot our breadsticks and our cinnamon rolls were in with the alfredo. I cant go up there because if they get an attitude I may not be able to control myself. I contacted corporate AGAIN and received the same joke email apologizing and the manager would be contacting me. I highly doubt Ill hear from anyone and will steer clear of this place nomatter how much...
Read moreThree weeks ago I ordered from this store. I got home and realized I was given the wrong order. I called the store to let them know so they didn’t give my pizza to someone else. They just said okay, then hung up. A few minutes later a manager did call me back to apologize and inquire more. He then told me he was placing a credit on my account. The store is further away than others, but because I thought I had a credit, I made the decision to order here again. When I got to the store to pay, I told him I had a credit. He told me there’s no record of anything on my account and made me pay full price. Then suggested I call the manager again next week to figure it out. This is simply terrible customer service. You made the mistake initially, ensured me you’d fixed it, I go out of my way to redeem a credit that you claim I don’t have and you don’t even try to look into it? Also, the wrong order I had three weeks ago and the order I got today...
Read moreThe food was great...but they need to train their customer service takers...i called in an order to the pizza hut on red bank rd. I specifically asked about any specials...she said they had one...i didnt apply that special and my order came up to 28.00 dollars...i got a large meat lovers traditional crust and a medium cheese pan pizza....when i went to pick it up the store employee told me i could of gotten 2 large pizzas for 10 each...for 20 dollars total...i explained what happened and he discounted the 8 dollars and let me apply the special...however i still could of gotten a large cheese....moral of the story...check online for specials ..cause their customer service takers are very unprofessional and they dont know their own specials....the food was hot and great...the store employees where great...would of given them 5 stars if the customer service was better...no issues...
