Taco Bell — Restaurant in Cincinnati

09/04/2025 WARNING: This location will cheat you out of money for incomplete and deficient orders, and if you are unlucky enough, they may just randomly accuse you of being gay at the drive-through. None of that is an exaggeration or joke. I have been coming here for months and I can't take this ridiculously bad service anymore. I will be checking in with all levels of management ASAP. And they better run the footage back on their cameras if they don't believe me. See below for an account of all the B.S. this location has pulled on me:

09/04/2025 I used to get good service here. Or, if I got less than good service, I would just keep my mouth shut, keep it moving, and never file formal complaints with management because I understand it is late night and working directly with the public usually isn't easy. That ends tonight. They cannot keep getting away with this. Now, I am literally being cheated by paying for items that I am not receiving.They are not refunding or discounting any of my orders while also not completing my orders in accordance with the money I pay from each receipt. I have been shorted on orders of nachos and cheese, replacing steak with chicken on my ordered quesadilla, and literally not putting the chalupa shell on my cheesy gorditas. If you are out of it? Ok. But you fail to inform me of any changes or shortages but also refuse to refund or discount any items? No way. I do my best to check my orders before I leave but that is NOT MY JOB, It is theirs to get the order right or tell me if it can't be fully completed. If there are limitations on what they can fill for the order, that's cool, but I better get money back for what I am not given.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

08/30/2025 Last time that I visited this location (08/24/2025), I had to delete all of my previous 5-star reviews and leave 1 stars across the board because of this one selfish, terrible worker with red hair. However, I had failed to provide proper context as to why. The red-haired worker at this store actually had the audacity to call me "gay" for asking if one of my favorite team members was working that night. No exaggeration, she really did that. Here is the true story:

That night, I pulled up to the speaker box as usual to provide my name for my mobile order. The red-haired worker informed me that my order had been canceled on the store's end. That had never happened before in all the times I have been there. So, thinking nothing of it, I reordered and pulled around to receive it.

At the drive-through window, I asked the red-haired worker if Demario, one of my favorite team members, was on that night.

Her response was, "Yeah he is, why?"

I said, "I love Demario. He is amazing."

She said, "You love Demario? Why? What are you, gay for him or something?"

That's all I needed to hear. I have never yelled nor expressed any amount of anger or attitude to any food service worker until that night. I respect all people, and especially those that have to deal with the public on a regular basis. The red-haired worker though, had been absolutely unacceptable in her behavior, and I very vocally let the team know about my disgust. She really thought that just because a customer asks about another worker who actually has good interpersonal skills and a history of serving the customer, that the customer must be "gay" for them. Absolutely unacceptable. That should never be tolerated.

Unbelievably, to this day, I have never received any form of apology from the store or its management.

Went to this location last night (4/22/2022). I've never seen such a disorganized mess from a restaurant. They were only accepting online orders which wasn't a big deal. We pulled over and placed our order on the taco bell app. Went back through the drive through and was told that we needed to park at the front doors and wait for our order. There were approximately 4-6 other cars waiting for their food as well. Employees kept coming in and out asking what people ordered, what the order was placed under, etc. We placed our order at 11:42pm. Order was 3 cravings boxes so should've been pretty simple order to put together. About 25mins later we still hadn't received our order. One of the employees came out and asked what the order was under and went back in. 10mins later he comes out with a bag (didn't bring out the drinks, he said he'd be right back with them). We thought FINALLY!! Well the only thing that was correct was 2 nachos and cheese. Everything else was either something completely different what we ordered or hard as a rock. Employee came back out and we told him that we didn't get what we ordered, he proceeded to literally throw the hard food across the parking lot. He did make it right and gave us what we actually ordered. Besides them being out of Baja blast, he did give us Baja blast freezes. I frequent this store routinely for lunch and have always had tremendous service. I stopped for a quick impromptu dinner this trip and was completely disappointed. I ordered the 3 taco combo meal with an additional 2 tacos. When I arrived at the window, there were four people standing there. I paid for my food and was handed a bag. I checked it and quickly realized I was shorted my two additional tacos. I motioned to one of the employees who opened the window and said, "What‽". I explained that I was missing my additional tacos. She relayed the information to the person making food. They closed the window and I saw them all giggling about something. When they came back to the window and handed me my food, I asked for additional sauce packs. She hesitated and said she already put some in my other bag, I reiterated that I needed additional and that three packs of sauce wasn't sufficient for 5 tacos. She put a few more packs on the bag and handed me the bag. I pulled over in a parking spot to eat and when I pulled the two extra tacos out of the bag they were crushed and not edible. This was done intentionally and inexcusable. I will not be returning to this restaurant and would encourage their management team to...
