So I order from here all the time, and at this point I'm about to just stop ordering on Sundays. I only have a problem with this location on Sundays... Ordered my pizza, and 9mins later received a text saying it was on the way. I noticed 15min went past, which is cool cause you know benefit of the doubt .. then I see the driver pull up, I kid you not, dude sat outside for a good 3-4 mins texting.... Texting... Like I watched him .. so I finally open the door thinking he needed to see I was waiting, he almost hands me two fanta, still trying to give benefit of the doubt, because at this point now I know you weren't checking my order you verified you were texting... Okay, so I looked at my pizza, and I almost cried.. it look like it fell through the box. No lie .. I have never seen a pizza look like that, to the point now I'm inspecting the pizza... The dough is gooey, like literally under cooked, can't even tell the cut... And I asked for traditional.... Highly disappointed.... Like not even worth trusting Sunday staff to fix this. Read moreWe ordered a large pizza, 4 calzones, 4 mozzarella cheese sticks, 2 steak hoagies, 2 fish hoagies, & 2 turkey hoagies; we received a call saying that they were behind schedule and offered us a complimentary 2 liter. When the driver arrived with our order we did not recevie all the food that we had ordered and paid for (we only received the large pizza, 1 calzone, 4 mozzarella cheese sticks, 2 steak hoagies, 1 fish hoagie, 1 turkey hoagie, & the complimentary 2 liter coke cola). After speaking with a supervisor she told us that the missing food would be delivered and that there would be no charge. When the 2nd driver arrived with our missing food she charged us 28.76 for delivering the food; after explaining the situation to her and what one of supervisor's told us she gave us back the money and left. Not even 10 minutes later we received a rude phone call from someone who works at LaRosa's accusing us of cheating his driver out of money. We tried to explain the situation to him and told him what one of the supervisor's told us but he refused to listen. We have ordered from here in the past and the service was good, now it leaves a lot to be desired. Read moreGunner, Wanda and Naraya took care of my issues without batting an eye. Our pizza was outstanding and customer service at the College Hill location phenomenal. Which is more than I can say for the management when you call the phone number with your issue manager spoke to was definitely annoyed and did not want to help me find an answer to my issue which was not getting the promotional code when you sign up for the rewards program. It wasn’t until her supervisor stepped in after she repeated herself about 10 times that I was not going to get that deal and said I’m going to give it to her. A promotional deal is just that if it does not state that it will take 48 hours on the advertisement flyer then it should be honored. This was the second time it was not until I walked in the store and they handled the issue with such kindness going out of their way to call their manager. So whoever that woman was, they took my call and was so dismissive and clearly annoyed. I’m going to say this you never know what somebody is going through and if you could not honor it, but would’ve handled it in a professional manner I understood but now I’m kind of gonna go out of my way to make sure you cannot be mean to anyone else.
