McDonald's — Restaurant in Cincinnati

This was the 4th time I've stopped at this location, its on my way. I've used the mobile app and. Placed my order only to have it wrong all 4 times, the receipt would be correct but when its time to pick it up, the order is wrong everytime. The service is slow, the people are on their cell phones or have ear buds in. They toss you your bag and the window is closed so fast don't expect to get any condiments and if they do come back tothe window expect an additude and 2 packs of ketchup for 3 large fries. My advice go somewhere else to another McDonald's or another chain. You'll have better luck. I gave them 4 chances and they have failed every single time. They just don't care. And when you come back to have it fixed they are going to come back with you with such additude and act like its all your fault even when you show them your mobile app receipt somehow it's still your fault. Just don't bother with this location at all just keep driving. No reason to stop at this location ever, it will FAIL YOU ALL THE TIME !! who has the time or need to add more stress to your life for bad service and cold wrong food ! Do yourself a favor and...

So me and my family of 3 came in to this Mcdonald's to grab something for dinner. I stood at the register for 15 minutes while the manager and an employee stood there talking and stared at me without taking my order while no one else was in the resturant or even ordering. Then after I finally got my order taking, they tell me their out of large cups and they would give me 2 medium cups to substitute which was okay, until they charged me for another medium cup, and then didn't give it to me! Then they had no medium cup lids so I had to asked for them and wait another 10 minutes to even get them. Finally I get the cups and my order. Went to get salt and ketchup of course they didn't have any of that either. So once again I had to ask for it and waited another 10 minutes and by then, my food was already cold and they gave me a squirt of ketchup in a chicken nugget box!!!! This place is full of rude and illiterate people and I will never ever ever come back here!! Worst place of business EVER...... Go to any McDonald's...

A Bunch Of Racist ,Rude People. Especially The Store manager. Tells people they can't come in with certain shirts on, told one customer she shouldn't serve him because of his political views. My friend worked here an was constantly being "nagged at" about everything that everyone else did wrong. He has worked doubles for them without complaint to have time took in off of his hours because she told him to leave at a certain time but he couldn't because nobody showed up for work on more then one occasion. Something needs to be done more then just firing her!! Nobody should be able to talk to people an treat people the way she does!! He recently quit do to feeling pin pointed about everything wrong there. He provided his own work pants because she always "forgot" to get them for him for 2 months. What a crappy manager/person.
