Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Circleville Township

Yesterday, 8/11/18, about 15-20 of our summer camp staff were on the way home from our week at Tar Hollow after all the kids had gone. We always love to stop at this location where we can grab good food and drinks and debrief from the week on the patio and we always receive great service. Wendy and Michelle happily and quickly seated us on the patio and took our drink orders. It was then that we received the news that two of our staff, part of a caravan line who left the camp not too long after us, were in a car accident and did not survive. The rest of the staff in the caravan line witnessed the crash and we were all in shock. We didn't have to say anything to the B-Dubs staff, Michelle and Wendy immediately picked up on our energy and gave our group some space to process after bringing our drinks. When the camp staff who were on the scene began trickling in to our impromptu crisis hub on the patio, our group doubled in size. Michelle and Wendy didn't skip a beat; bringing water and extra napkins we could use as tissues. Food orders were taken and brought out in a timely manner, even in a hectic crowd that kept shifting and growing. We spent a lot of time on that patio going through multiple prayers, friendship circles, toasts and memories of our staff who we consider family. Michelle and Wendy and all of the B-Dubs staff were incredibly courteous and kind and quick the entire time we were there. We left notes of thanks but wanted to do more. Hopefully the management sees this and acknowledges that they have hired an amazing staff, especially Michelle and Wendy, who never flinched at the size of our group when we walked in, happy and excited, and were totally understanding and sweet when our energy changed and our group grew. We cannot thank you enough for making such a tough time easier for us. Much love, we'll be sure to see you again...

I got to bdubs around 19:45 thinking 40-45min I can get a quick 6 wings and get out bc I had somewhere I needed to be, to find it not too busy, and a guy cleaning the floor stating the only place I could sit is at the bar or high tops bc the floor waitresses were cut. Fine. I sat at a high top for roughly 10min before my waitress greeted me and I introduced myself. I asked to try the two new sauces so she rang it in. 5min later a man walked over and tossed a tray on my table and stated “here it is” and walked away, rude but alright. 15min after that my waitress comes back, and I order 6 wings, nothing more. 15more minutes go by and my waitress has disappeared, and I had to go so I try to find her for 5min to ask how long it will be and just get it to go so I can eat it after I get where I’m going. Finally I get up and ask another waitress at the drink station to cash me out. She asked where I sat and I pointed to what table I was at. She asked if the food was good and I stated that the food never came, so she said don’t worry about it. I replied with “no, I want to pay for it, and yall can just give it to another vet” and she said “ummm she never rang that food in”, so I gave her $8 cash for the drink, sample sauces/fries, and helping me and left. Yes, I understand it’s vet day. No I didn’t come for free wings, I just came for wings and was planning on paying for it and tipping well for my waitress having to work that night instead of being home with her family. I have never had this happen before, and I was more disappointed than anything with the quality of service, and the lack of communication and interaction. I’m not sure if I’ll make the trip to this bww anymore, but I hope no one else...

Not like it use to be ...... went here for Father's Day because roosters was packed. Ordered our food everything was fine at the beginning. They brought my food before any thing or anyone else even before the appetizer. Asked if it was an old order that was just letting back there because we wasn't even in the restaurant for 20 minutes. Says no.... I got the normal chicken wrap ranch on it . It said buffalo chicken wrap sticker and then had a ranch sticker asked again still said it's was fresh made . Everyone's food comes out at different times? I had the person touch a fry because it was room temperature tried to tell use it was warm..... ya ok ..... don't like sending stuff back just in case the get mad and mess with my food . Everyone else food came hot???????? And they don't let you change your side if you what somthing different. You have get a side of what they pick out and order it as a extra you can't just be charged for a...
