Panda Express — Restaurant in Circleville Township

So I called them to let them know we are coming and are wanting to make an order through the drive thru of 2 bigger plates(which is supposed to come with 3 sides of chicken and fried rice, per bigger plate) Well we get there and it's still an hour until they close and they say "nope we can't make anymore chicken, you're gonna have to order something we already have made" so we ordered and we barley got any chicken with our food and was very disappointed! I got maybe a side and a half of chicken, when I was supposed to get 3 sides of chicken! They could've let me know, so we just ordered 1 bigger plate and not havd to pay for 2!! Like it takes what... 10 mins or so to make the chicken?? Please correct me if I'm wrong. But they didn't offer anything like an order of cream cheese wontons or anything!(which I dont expect, but it would've been nice of them to do so. But we went ahead and ordered 4 orders of what they had left of the wontons anyway..bc there just wasn't enou food. I love Panda Express! I was really looking forward to eating it and was let down so much with how much food came with our order. The other day we went again so we could actually get more chicken and it be fresh as well...well they barely put any chicken in the order again! And this was around 2pm. So I had to order an extra bowl with the order..just to fill me up and I'm not a big woman(140lbs) lol Wish they'd actually put a good amount of chicken like it should be! We ordered broccoli beef, and it literally was JUST broccoli and seriously 2 pieces of beef!! By the way, I recommend the honey sesame chicken, orange chicken, and the Kong pu chicken 😁 other places might be better with their servings..so I'm going to try to go to a different Panda Express next time and will update! 🫶🏼 which Panda Express do...

One word of my first impression every being to a Panda Express, "Amazing!!!" -Details- Atmosphere was Great, Quiet, Clean, Nice Layout, Cozy place.

Workers were very Courteous and even offered small samples on a toothpick for first-timers.

Price was good for the amount of food you get. All the food looked and tasted fresh and excellent.

Would be a great place to bring your Special Someone for a Dinner Date or just a nice lunch alone.

Ordering is similar to subway where you choose what you want in your bowl or plate from the food behind the glass. Plenty of good food to choose from, sure wouldn't be a place to get tired of eating there.

Plenty of drink options to choose from, bottled specialty sodas at the counter or fountain drink cups where you can get the common soda drinks at the fountain including fresh brewed tea, (Sweet or Unsweet).

Chopsticks are provided with your order but forks, straws, and napkins are also available at the fountain drink stand. Drinking cups are very sizable and the "Large" is huge.

They are currently Hiring more employees so it's normal to expect a small wait when they are busy and staff members are trying to fill orders from drive through and front counter. As with any New Popular restaurant in town, a little patience will go along ways. I visited between lunch and dinner time and the place was nearly empty and walked right in and was next up to order thought later towards dinner time (amd a weekend) it started getting busy and I did see a line starting to form.

Was driving back down to WV while visiting family in the area. My husband really likes Panda Express and figured we should stop since we don’t have any Panda Express where we live. We showed up into their lobby at 9pm a hour before they close, not horrible timing to get food. As I was sitting in the lobby waiting on my husband to use the restroom I over heard a girl get really upset that we came in and was telling another coworker that she was going to tell us to leave if we decided to dine in. That really upset me because it was an hour before they even closed and we weren’t even thinking about dining it I was just waiting on my husband so we could order together. Once whenever we got up there to order she seemed very annoyed and her customer service wasn’t the best at all. She was kinda rude, didn’t even smile or anything. As someone else who works in food service I understand it’s a lot but always should put on a smile for customers not being annoyed that we are ordering food a hour before closing.
