Hardee’s — Restaurant in Circleville

We were greeted with smoke upon walking in, as if the vent over the grill was not working, but it smelled good so we went up to the counter to order. Two burger combos and a fried chicken sandwich combo. I wanted to wash my hands but found I had to get a key from the register, as the restrooms were locked. There was a bag over the urinal, and toilet paper on the floor next to the toilet. The smell was much like an outhouse and there were no towels and the dryer was not working to dry my hands. When our order was ready I asked for napkins since they were out up front, and we were given a few towels that were bathroom dispenser towels. I asked for ketchup for our fries and onion rings and she had to ask the cook to pour some from the back line into little cups, and we got two cups for three people. The burgers were fine but the chicken sandwich was very dark (overcooked) and tasted like the grill smoke. We do not have Hardee's in my town so what was supposed to be a treat after a funeral was a bad experience not to ever...

I was working all week at the Circleville Pumpkin Fest and I went there for breakfast on 10/21. They had no egg whites, so I said just a ham and cheese croissant. So I get back to my booth, and discover that it was just egg and cheese. Went back because my mother and I are allergic to eggs, and of course that was her sandwich. So they get it right, but its on Texas toast and not a croissant. Not impressed. One of the ladies behind the register was slightly rude the day before when I ordered 2 plain burgers. How does it cost extra for them to save some toppings, too? I know I shouldn't get my hopes up because they're dollar meals and all, but when you're fried out with the fair food, thats what it comes down to. Been eating junky fair food for 6 months on and off and this incident disswayed me from Hardee's for a long time to come....

Food ok... went thru drive thru... I was asked if I wand a bottled water with my meal and I said no I only want a cup of water, I wasn't going to pay 1.89 for a small bottle of water plus I had 3 bottles of water not cold in my van.... girl at window chewed me out and said that I told her I wanted a bottle of water... I never never never when I'm traveling by bottle of water from a fast food restaurant... I travel all of United States and always carry bottles of water with me for 18 years... I did not appreciate it all the young girl correcting me or chewing me out twice telling me that I said I wanted bottled water... Not a very customer courteous way of handling things to blame the customer for their mistake... this was a breakfast stop in on Wednesday...
