Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Circleville

Every time I go in and I order a kids meal with a extra chicken strip dr pepper, a cone, with ranch,, the young man Tyler tries to up charge me for a extra ranch I do not order,, he screws up my order every time and never gives me what I want,, gives me the wrong item for the ice cream,, I tell them a cone,, and put it in a cup,, today he never gave me the cone, he also said there is no dip for a kids meal, I said yes there is,, I go to many different dairy queens,, this is the only one that purposely tries to make me over pay.. or gets order wrong.. Tyler needs to be retrained.. I pay his wages, tell him to stop lying and trying to steal from us up.. this ranch has curdles in it, taste bad. I have another receipts which shows it's him every time and it shows the over charge on the ranch,, and when I find it, I will load it here.. Their is also a girl that works there that I had to have them reload my fries because they don't like to...

Worst Dairy Queen by far. I go to South Bloomfield better service, better food, more space and you can dine inside, as well as they have Ice Cream Cakes. As for the Circleville location it's always lacking in customer service including the owner/manager, not a good food selection, (potato chips) "No fries" no fryers to deep fry foods. No ice cream cakes, said they do not have the space to keep any cakes on hand in order to make them for customers yet I was told I could call in and order a cake ahead of time and I would have it within 24 hours which was not true, when I got there they did not have my cake I had to drive all the way to South Bloomfield to get a cake. Same problems every year. Been to several Dairy Queens in other locations but never any as bad as this location. The need to find a new location an be under new management and hire better customer service representatives who actually care about...

I have visited here twice. Both times I was extremely unhappy. They were short handed and only had two girls working both times that I visited. I ordered a chocolate milkshake and once leaving the drive through I'm not sure what they made but I can assure you it was not a chocolate milkshake. I tasted as if they had mixed sprite with ice and chocolate together. It was disgusting. The next time I decided I'd give them another try and order a blizzard instead. They were out of brownie and cookie dough pieces. So I decided to go with a banana split blizzard. My bananas were disgusting. Almost as if they were rotten. They do not serve burgers like most other DQs do. They are currently closed for remodeling and under new management. I hope they make...
