A large fries wasnt even 3/4 full. You cant sit outside on the ground(like with your dog)even if you are eating, other locations dont charge to add big mac sauce, this one does, and frequently hear or get order wrong. Ever wonder how long ago your food was cooked? Ever need to use the bathroom after ordering? I even told them i was gonna use the restroom( implying to wait to serve it till i was out) Before i could get to the door they called it forcing me to bring my food inside the restroom and wondering how long its been sitting in a warmer, and how long is it still good for? When you are in there for more than 30 seconds they send a janitor in there to unnecessarily clean and monitor you til you til your done! Im not kidding its so rude that they profile someone on a bike or wearing a backpack. I don't like purses. This mcdonalds is the most heartless discriminating skimpy location I've ever had to deal with.
11 months later since my first review and I just downloaded the McDonald's app, order some food off of the app order some food separate and as soon as I finish my food I mean we literally had just picked up our napkins put the empty food cartons back in the bag and we're about to stand up and the nighttime manager decides he's going to casually come out one door to side and walk past us and as we're not paying attention he he turns around and takes a photo or two of us and our friend noticed that and told us and I went to confront him and he decides that he's going to get loud with me and tell me that I'm getting loud and that I have 5 minutes to leave when you clearly shows are 30 minutes you know maybe 20 since it took us female 10 minutes or so to eat our food and that he pretty much was like okay I got you like he's going to call the cops or something like that when I've done nothing wrong I said you don't have the right to take a picture of me like that what did I do to deserve you know why do you take a picture of me he hasn't answer for me and just just disregarded me as if I was some sort of individual that you know is a problem here semi I rarely ever eat here and it was quite unfair for him to do that it's not even near closing and I've never had any problems with them before so I dont understand what was going on and now we have the...

Tonight, the inside of the buns of all the sandwiches I ordered were blackened, and when I bit into one of them not seeing this, my mouth was filled with a disgusting charcoal taste. It's completely unacceptable that $24 worth of food was given to me in such an indigestible and nauseating state. I shouldn't have to disassemble a burger at the pickup window to make sure it was made right, but there's no way I'm wasting more time driving back and sitting in that endless drive-thru line.
I've given this location many chances because it's close to my house, but its quality has gone barreling downhill in the last year. They constantly miss items so I've learned to check the bags before I leave. And now the food has begun to get worse and worse. Everything is dry and overcooked. My fries, $4 for fries, which is already outrageous, were only 2/3 full (this location is notorious for under filling their fry containers) and were basically lukewarm cardboard sticks, lacking seasoning, heat and any kind of freshness to speak of. The service and attitude of the staff is good. I don't know if they're just understaffed or under-skilled, but the food has become inedible and the drive-thru takes at minimum 20 minutes to go through, and it's not worth the wait.
I called the number provided on the taped-up sign in the drive-thru window and left a voicemail for George, the general manager. I sincerely hope he's able to make some changes for the better. This is the last time I'll come back to this location, and based on this experience, to McDonald's in general. Their pricing is ridiculous for what you get, especially with incidents like this. Case in point on Monday (day off) decided to treat myself to a caramel macchiato w my meal.Well I never got it so after finished meal I asked for a refund.I further said he should have given it complimentary ...he replied we called it out, no one came..sorry. Let me start from beginning ...obv it is not ready as soon as you order .I went up once to request it ...I sat near front of restaurant on stool near t.v.screen and charging station so within hearing distance.I went up second time after meal came out.They were not slammed with business...An employee came out while I was eating asked what I ordered then brought it to me hot while I had ordered it cold So at that point I was finished with meal and finished with this particular location. I understand mistakes & human error but being in the consumer industry myself as a Mgr.I dont understand lack of customer service.😞 I also noticed others said their food was brought to them...While this is a regular routine at the Sunrise/Madison location..I have never had my food brought out to me here.
