i used to eat here at least once a month, the staff was very friendly and service and food was great but that all changed until one of my pizzas had a very long thick black hair in it and i met the manager and his wife for the first time. When i addressed the staff they were very sweet and understood and brought me the manager. That is when everything went south. The manager DAVE and his WIFE who made the pizza were very rude and could barely look at me and at the same time having a random conversation with each other that had nothing to do with my concern. after going back and forth with them they finally gave the ok to make me a new pizza. After that they took there staff member's to the back who were just kids and blamed it on them. (which is ridiculous because the WIFE made the pizza and it was her LONG BLACK HAIR that was in my food!) i could hear them from the counter on how they were being talked down to and bullied when they did nothing wrong. ( i made sure i tiped them both personally W/O the manager looking because after he was watching mine and the staffs every move while sitting at the window) But Since i complained about my food that one time, i swear they have been making sure when i eat in that something is wrong, I Know i sound crazy and I dont know how to explain it but since then everything went downhill. i finally got tired of it, so stopped going, ALL THANKS TO THE MANAGER DAVE AND HIS WIFE. Read moreI am giving 5 stars only for the driver I had this evening. His name was victor. He is very kind, understanding. I had an issue with an item I had ordered following his delivery. In regard to his delivery, he was quite kind & punctual- The problem arose when I had called the establishment to address the concern with an item I had ordered. The individual who claimed to be the manager was quite rude and came off a bit arrogant. He made me feel badly for having called. I requested a replacement and asked if I could return the following day to pick up- he refused. He said he would need to have it redelivered. I initially agreed, but following thinking it over, I felt guilt for causing the driver to return with gas prices these days. I tried to call back but nobody answered, so I called my driver victor back. I informed him I appreciated his service and to let them know it was ok and to pass on the redelivery. I say this all because while victor, my driver, was great and had such great service- the management was a sad representation of this establishment. Being kind is not hard. I hope management reads this and does better. We returned home after picking up our pizza to discover that our pizza ( One of their specialty pizza's that is advertised to be "Loaded with our famous pepperoni") had no pepperoni. We walked 10 minutes back to Mountain Mike's and showed the pizza to the manager and explained the situation. He did not apologize or even seem one bit sorry. He took our pizza that was incorrect, took our receipt, and walked into the back. 20 minutes later, our pizza was done and the girl working the front gave it to us. I asked to speak to the manager again (since he seemingly disappeared) and asked for some sort of compensation for the inconvenience in the form of a coupon, free breadsticks, etc. He refused and asked me why. I stated that I had now waited 40 more minutes for my pizza and had to make another trip back to the restaurant. He then turned our back on us and walked into the back.
