China 1 — Restaurant in Citrus Park

Worst Chinese food ever. I used to live in the area and I think I used to go to China 1 and I it must have been ok because if they had food like the food I just had I would remember. Maybe the food has gone south since the Winn Dixie closed or maybe I am misremembering and I had not been. But I ordered general Taos chicken for lunch. It came with an egg roll. Even bad egg rolls to me are good. But this egg roll tasted like it was off like way off. Like it was in the fridge for a month and they freshly fried it. The insides were red. The oil tasted beyond rancid. I am not really opposed to eating sketchy mystery meat Chinese food but this was terrible and old and I hate to think about how the food was handled before I got it. I tried the rice and chicken and it had the same 1000 year oil and very rancid flavor. I hope I don't get sick. I placed $42.00 Order from China One for the first time. The Food flavor was very good, however the order was missing Crabmeat Rangoon, and the chicken fried rice came with white rice instead. I was going to take a picture as proof order was incorrect, but I assumed the restaurant would honor my request for $5.50 credit towards my next order (Since I planned on ordering from them again). I didn't ask for the missing food and the correct rice to be delivered, and didn't ask to drive back to my house to give refund (I paid cash, plus delivery charge, plus TIP). My good faith gesture was met with a "no". So what I thought would be a new long-term customer relationship, turned into a 1-time poor experience. I had no reason on earth to make a claim like this. I’ve ordered here before and it was fine in the past but tonight I ordered Krab Rangoon and they stuffed it with only onions instead of crab or cream cheese. It looked like maybe they tossed the onions in the container that had the last batch for the crab/cheese mixture so it was lightly coated in the mixture but there was no meat or anything other than onions. If they were out of the ingredients they could’ve just declined the order but it is just gross to accept the order and the money and then deceive someone like that.
