Was not happy about the customer service behind closed doors. I have been going to the place here for 2 yrs including prevoius owner. Today i got chicken that taste very old. I called back to inform owner who stated i could bring back i said can i get something else i said i will come back to get something else. When i got there i was told that next time i could go some where else. I stated that a owner should not get made because food taste is not to a cutomers liking. He stated i complained before. When i asked about what . he sad i wanted my egg roll cook extra. I did not no that was a complaint.to get extra krispy egg roll, Im ok with not eating there again . but its bad when owners get made because the food is not liked . servicec was bad . owner also stated he does not need my kind of business. There has been many time food was not freashbut i kept or through away . i have to say if i dont like a meal ok dont go bad but his attitude was bad to say the least. Bad customer service i.......update to owners response. I tried to be polite with my review. I ate 4 bites of my meal to be totaly honest the chicken..bourbon tasted old. I am not hard up for money and you are not the only place with a special. The only time i asked for anything was to get my egg roll fried hard. That is not a complaint.its a request..... So sir dont be a liar. I was polite with you. Point being you were rude and yes the chicken taste old. You trying to low grade me. Instead of or checking. Your Self. You did me know favor by having a lunch special. Thats your buisness to gain sales. I have puchased rice before and it tasted old but i never called you. I threw it away. I will not waste my time with any more comments . i spoke truth. You were rude. And should not get made when a customer does not like a meal. Sir the chicken taste as if it had been sitting in the freezer for a while. I did not mske that full statement the first time because i have a filter and tried to hold nack and only comment on the customer service. I do not have to continue to post. . but tell truth....
Read moreLately there food is over cooked to the max and the chicken wings I ordered tonight you can tell we're not cleaned very well with chicken hair. Cook explained chicken has hair which I get but an abundance in one area means not an attempt was made to clean properly. Not JUST one or 2 hairs I mean there were alot. Yesterday I ordered an EGG ROLL so hard I almost chipped a tooth. Once upon a time food was amazing. The rice was good though. It's really sad this use to be my favorite place to eat. Now I can't stomach the food. Here's a pic of over cooked hairy chicken can you spot the HAIRs and honestly say the chicken was cleaned and not over done. UPDATE!!! THE JUCIEST NEWS EVERRRRR!!!!!! I forgot prior experience n review I left above. The owner kindly reminded me. My honesty is just to much to there liking. I won't be removing my honest reviews. Sorry not sorry!!! I don't live in area so I'm not worried. I was in area since my best friends live up the block and this is closest chinese place at this hour so I said screw it Im hungry lets try something different. Since refusing to remove review they refused service which I understand they don't want to serve more food that could poison me. So I WANT TO THANK YOU CHINA LEGEND FOR SAVING MY TUMMY N Bottom and reminding me of my review. I work 12 hour shifts at hospital so probably wrote after an over night shift and forgot but I really do appreciate it. Fun fact I noticed these absolutely glorifying reviews after my review. Wow I think I've given 5 stars to only a few places. Your food must have peaked lately. Congratulations and way to go China Legend. Sorry if my reviews hurt your feelings sometimes...

and something landed inside my food. I didn’t have the opportunity to call back that night they were closed. After literally emphasizing what was in the food so many times the lady agreed to give me 20% off next time I ordered. I go in today I ordered a few items and there was a guy there and gave me the total to pay, I said don’t I got 20% off they proceeded to speak in their language as if I didn’t call the lady on the phone and said I will be ordering and you mentioned giving me 20% off so I was already annoyed. She said yes I would give you 20% off just one combo meal, I said what do you mean I thought it was the entire order maybe I misunderstood and thought she meant the entire order I made. I expressed to them you should of been more specific on the discount you were giving (again I miss understood communication) the guy proceeded to arguing with me refusing my service saying that I threatened him saying I’m going to leave a bad review. I explained I’m not threatening, he proceeded to say I’m not scared respect me we don’t need your services we get a lot I said no problem I’ll leave a review. They don’t take accountability for their horrible food service, at the end of the day customers come first even if I was right or wrong. I wasn’t being loud or obnoxious.
