As the majority of the reviews say, this place is definitely yummy. And the experience is super cool. Staff was very helpful and attentive. We had 8 people, so that was two square tables and a single grill in-between, which meant we had 4 potential grillers, and the people sitting on the outside didn't enjoy the grilling portion of the meal. So if you had two/four people, based on what I saw, the general theme would be booth type seating, and the grill on the outside of the table. This would void out the grilling experience for people that sat first at the booth (the inside seats). They did have four-seated tables, but to give all 4 people the grilling experience you would have to get a grill on either side of the table. Which is possible, but i'm sure they may have a limitation on how many grills can be at a table. As far as a date-night experience, this place would be amazing, because both people would be able to grill easy, as long as the lovebirds sat opposite side of the table, and at the end of the table where the grill sat. Regarding pricing. I thought the pricing was fair for the portion-size. For 8 people, I do feel we slightly over ordered. We had two vegetarians, one child wanted shrimp, another wanted chicked, and another wanted beef. So for the three of them we ordered the A combo (which was $60), this was more than enough food for the three of them (one of those kids is a 265 lb football player). The A combo was the only grilling option we chose. The other 5 people ordered entrees. I unfortunately didn't see the bill, but If I had to guess for 8 people, one A combo and 5 entrees I bet the total would have been close to $150. Entrees ranged between $13 and up. Veggies come with the Combo's, in our case combo A. For four people the combo A and 1 entree that contained noodles or something, would be plenty of food for 4 people, which in my opinion makes the pricing super reasonable. The key thing is knowing how to order. You want to be very cautious because the serving sizes are huge, so keep in mind a single entry can be easily split between two people. They suggested we get the premium combo ($199), which served 6 people. Between 8 people this would have averaged out to be $25 a plate, which would have been a good deal, and enough food to go around for sure. For 6 people, I think it would be over-ordering, unless you have 6 football players. If I had any suggestions to the owners it would be to invest in better seating/grills. It would have been nice to see more round tables, with a grill in the middle. The grilling experience is so much fun, and it's a shame that on average, 50% of the people at the table will not get to experience it. Which then puts the cooking on the backs of the people closer to the grill. My 19 year-old son was seated at one end with the kids, which meant he cooked for the majority of his table. Which also meant he spent less time eating, and more time cooking. This requires a lot of patience/restraint for a big guy. But beyond that, beautiful restaurant and people, good pricing and quality food. This is why I gave it a 5 star review. We'll definitely be back. PS our waitress was amazing, very personable and helpful when it came...
Read moreUpdate: we had the WORST experience today. We had a LARGE party and gratuity was automatically added. First, we were seated promptly as we had a reservation. However, the server did NOT come and say hi or to take our drink order for more than 15 minutes. I asked a question about alcoholic drinks, the server responded "I don't know, you will have to go ask the bartender". After we finally, placed the order and food were delivered to our table, our server NEVER came back to check to see how everything was. He would walk past our table but did not bother to check or refill our drinks. Every time we needed something, we'd have to grab someone else or to yell out for him. After I was done eating, I ordered an additional plate to go and it's supposed to come with rice. No rice was provided. I'm not sure why such BAD service today. But if I had to guess, it's because he was guaranteed 18% tip regardless how bad the service was. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND FRUSTRATING experience.
We tried this place for the first time. We got the all you can eat "option B". The food was delicious and the option comes with 2 beers. However, the service was really lacking. Option B was $41.95 each person, and we were allowed to pick 3 items each time. We were done with the 3 items and had to sit there and waited 10 minutes for our server. She never came back, so we asked another server to order our next 3 items. and this happened again after the second round. We had to waive down another server to order our next few items. When we went to pay, I realized it was more than $41.95 each person as advertised on the menu. I asked why the higher price, and I was told the $41.95 was cash price. Credit/debit card price was about $2 more...

The reviews have been pretty good, so we decided to give it a try. The place was busy when we got there and only 2 servers were working. So there was a lot of waiting. I understand that this isn’t necessarily the server’s fault, but it’s not my problem that they don’t put on enough staff.
We started with the Mandu dumplings. They were a little overcooked and the filling was a little bland. The accompanying dipping sauce helped. For mains my wife had the Chicken Teriyaki which was very good and tender. I had the Beef Short Ribs (Galbi) dinner which the server called the best item on the menu. They were pretty good, but overly greasy. Accompanying the entrees was a bowl of rice and a cold platter of small sides like kimchee. Portions were large, so we had some leftovers.
I was also a little displeased with the pricing. When we got the bill there was a 4% surcharge for credit cards. This seems a bit much since they probably get charged around 2.5% by the credit card company. There was no advance notice about this on my menu. I looked at some other menus and there was a peel-and-stick sticker saying that there is a credit card surcharge with no percentage mentioned. I also didn’t like an upcharge for the beef Mandu dumplings over the vegetable ones, again not noted on the menu.
Food was generally pretty good, but I won’t be in a...
