I didn't want to be Karen-ish when the manager came around and asked for feedback, I never like to complain, and this isn't a complaint: the manager asked for feedback. They were clearly in a major training mode as the restaurant has recently opened, and are being attentive to making it work. Here is some feedback, may or may not be valid. In no order of magnitude.

We did have to ask, after a while for plates, and then later for silverware. We were given one fork each. The calamari was nice, not rubbery at all, but meager in the proportion for the price, we thought. And there was no bread or offer of bread. We had to stop eating and wait to find someone to ask for salt and pepper. They delivered the tiny packets of paper salt and pepper, not shakers, and so we had to tear each one open, one after the other, to season the tiny potatoes that came with 1 lb of shrimp. No butter was offered or given. The shrimp, well, several were fine, but 30 to 50 percent of them seemed to completely fall apart and melt into slushy nothingness when peeled, like they'd been left in a pot for far too long and disintegrated.

We also stopped eating the shrimp to wait for someone to ask to bring us cocktail sauce. The small plastic container probably should be just included with shrimp, but ok.

We also got mussels which were so small, you stabbed one with a single tine of a fork and they were smaller than peas. Again, this is not a complaint, it is merely offered to the managers as the feedback they sought, but we were there to dine and not engage in that sort of table talk at the time. Thank you for the experience. I was a bit disappointed because I had built up the experience to my...

I wrote a detailed review on yelp so I’m gonna try to make this short. I ordered a boil with an added lobster tail. The lobster tails are small. The half was about three bites and it was very mushy and dark in color. When the manager walked by, I showed her the lobster tail. She said that it was definitely overcooked. I did not eat the other half. She gave me a blank Stpearre and I asked for another one. She told me since I ate half that she would knock 10% off the lobster. So I told her to give me a half a lobster tail cooked properly. After I was done eating, I asked the waiter where my half lobster tail was. He went to the Manager and said there were some confusion. She’s took half the price of the lobster add on off. So I got to eat an overcooked mushy half lobster tail and she charged me for. I explained to The waiter there was no miscommunication. I clearly said to give me a half a lobster tail to the manager nothing nothing else else was discussed. The waiter was fine. You have a terrible manager and I’ll never go back to that restaurant. That was my fourth time eating there. This was on August 24 at 6 o’clock at night. I hope your Manager being cheap and having no issues serving in overcook lobster is worth having me never returned to the restaurant and share my experience with my friends...

Their website states that with 1lb. you get a corn and a shrimp. If you look on their website, when you go to order you get redirected and you can see there is no 1lb option. Only a half lb. only option. I wanted the corn so I ordered 2 half lb. total of their mussels. I asked if I could turn around and pick up the piece of corn. The manager here Tina argued with me over the phone for almost 10 minutes and refused even though it is clearly stated on their website it would be provided. At the very end she wanted to instead throw away the bag of food I received and remake the food entirely and include the corn because she said “I cannot give you free food” even though it is something I should have received in the first place. It actually would have been slightly cheaper if I were able to order 1lb together if I had been able to, at least according to their menu. On top of that potato is most certainly cheaper than corn I was not trying to get “free food”. Service is terrible. It was their mistake and they could not rectify it. I did not bother turning around I will just not return. All other Mr. and Mrs. Crab have been great and they have even given my kids free toys/goodies before yet this location cannot fix a mistake...

The host greeted us warmly and seated us promptly in a secluded area of the restaurant. A waiter quickly took our drink and appetizer order. I chose the peach drink, and we ordered calamari as the appetizer--both were excellent! However, our experience took a downturn after we finished our appetizer. Despite the restaurant being largely empty, the host seated a party of 12, half of whom were children, right next to us. Their presence significantly impacted our dining experience. The kids were knocking decorations off the wall, and the parents were loudly reprimanding them in front of everyone. On a positive note, the seafood boil was very good. We ordered the number 3 and 4 options (blue crab and snow crab). My only critique is that the sausage pieces were cut too thin, less than a quarter-inch in width. Between the two, we preferred the snow crab.

My family and I decided to break Christmas tradition and go out for dinner on Christmas Day this year. I think we may have found a new fantastic tradition in going to Mr. and Mrs. Crab! The atmosphere was really hip and fun—great for family or a date. We enjoyed the music and the decor. Sydney, our server, was stellar and bent over backwards to help and inform us when we needed guidance. She even handled situations with our little two year old with such grace and skill. The suggestions Sydney made were spot on and we all enjoyed our food tremendously! We had lobster bisque, onion rings, and crab cakes and we enjoyed the blue mussels boil and the snow crab. Everything was flavor filled and satisfying. Such a friendly atmosphere. Thank you for the wonderful Crabby Christmas!
