Normally I would give this place 5 stars because it's usually awesome, however my last experience was less than satisfactory. I hope this review compels management to make a change.

My friends and I decided to celebrate America! by ordering pizza, garlic knots and garlic parmesan wings. I admit that garlic knots AND garlic parmesan wings are a bold combination, but we love garlic just as much as we love this great county. Unfortunately the otherwise tasty wings were covered in so much oily semi-raw garlic that they were almost inedible. A few of us tried (in the spirit of the holiday), but it's hard to feel patriotic when you're scraping garlic off meat with a plastic fork. It's just plain unAmerican. One of our guests had to use the bathroom immediately after ingesting the wings. Evidently the results were so horrific that he actually urged us to throw away our toothbrushes due to exposure. We cannot be certain that his reaction was directly related to the garlic, but it totally was.

The rest of our order was delicious so no other complaints. I just hope that NY NY changes their garlic parmesan wing recipe to taste appropriately garlicky. Like...

This place is trash.

Sorry excuse for pizza. Not sure why they have a presence in Westchase but the moment a decent pizzeria opens here, this dump is going under. You’d be better off going to Papa John’s and asking them to give you a 2 day old pizza then waste your money here. They claim NY but this would never pass as viable pizza anywhere in the NE (maybe that’s why they’re in Tampa🤔)

-toppings are undercooked and minimal at best. Counted 9 small pieces of mushrooms on our extra large veggie pizza. -wings have absolutely zero flavor. Gross floppy skin even after they were ordered extra crispy. Didn’t realize you could make chicken taste more bland than just boiling it and eating it. Good job nyny you succeeded. -pizza generally tastes like wet cardboard with super cheap sauce and dollar store cheese. Do better with NY in your name.

Don’t go...

I have been ordering from New York New York pizza for a little over a year now, the first handful of times I ordered from them their food was really good the pizzas were on point, but lately for the past six months their pizza quality has gone down a lot.. the sauce is SO salty I can’t eat my pizza because it’s so salty tasting and every time I put toppings on it because I usually like mine a certain way the toppings are so skimpy like the mushrooms are like so small it’s like bits and pieces and not whole mushroom slices and I recently ordered a pepperoni pineapple pizza 4/3/2022 well it barely had any pepperoni and barely any pineapple at all it was all sauce and the sauce was really really salty I probably won’t be coming back Unfortunately because this is like the fifth time in a row I’ve been dissatisfied with my pizza or the...

Man, this spot did not disappoint! I love me a big slice of NY style pizza that droops with cheese melting off- you ever seen the Goofy movies? Yea, like that kind of pizza. I got half pepperoni for my sons and half Grandma's Pie for me (first time I order GP, won't be the last!) This pie HIT THE SPOT. My 5yr old ate 2 whole slices and wouldn't stop talking about how good it was. The customer service is okay...but it's a pizza spot...that's kind of expected. I don't care as long as they keep making awesome pies.

This place is terrible the food is made half fast. I asked for an Italian sub it first came out hot with ham and cheese. When I went back to tell them it was suppose to be cold they put on two slices of meat one slice of cheese no pepper, oregano or oil and vinegar the guy gave me Italian dressing then the tomatoes are 20mm thick with giant size onions. This sandwich is a zero out of zero! They should have zero stars. Charging $11 for a sub that subway could make better. Not authentic Italian at all

Pizza is usually good. I am not from New York and couldn't care less what any "pizza experts" from New York think. Pizza from here can be really good but it is usually hit or miss. I always get the buffalo chicken with a side of blue cheese. Sometimes they include the blue cheese and sometimes they don't. Sometimes the pizza is fresh and sometimes it isn't. This place is hit or miss but if they make it right it's always really good. This location is better than the Hyde Park one.
