I visited this establishment on 01/11/2019 and had an awful experience with an employee named "Joey" I ordered a stake and cheese foot long and once I started eating it the cheese tasted bad I brought my sandwich back to him and asked him to remake it with a different cheese he did not want to remake my sandwich and told me NO! I asked for a refund and got the same response NO! He did not correct the problem and left me the paying Customer upset & hungry. We tossed the sandwiches in the trash the Customer is always right. And he did not deal with the issue appropriately. He made faces and acted like a child in high school. I recorded the whole thing on my phone and if I could post the video on here I would. I asked for upper Management contact information and he refused to give it to me. He said they work morning and come back in the morning to speak to him. So a few days later when I was in the area on 01/15/2019 I stopped back in at 12:15pm to speak with the manager "Robert" I explained the situation that happened he stated he needed to call the "owner" to see what he wanted to do... in the mean time they remade the foot long sandwich. He then came back to the counter and stated that the "owner" did not want to replace the sandwich. So (Another sandwich in the trash) The manger stated I should leave a review of my experience on Google and that corporate/owner would see it then contact me... I find this EXTREMELY ridiculous. NO ONE fixed the issue not the manager or owner. This place is a joke and I dont reccomend this subway to anyone they are very unprofessional and dont care about there paying unsatisfied customers. We will post the video & make sure to tell all our friends & family on social media to drive a few more miles to another subway that cares about...
Read moreI went to subway the other day to get my usual lovely 6 inch after the gym. I wanted to leave a good review because I love the service that I’m provided and I happened to notice a nasty review that I actually was there for. The lady was rude to the worker I don’t remember his name but he was honestly great. She asked for an abundance of toppings for her wrap and the worker advised against it but he obliged to her request and the wrap ended up breaking and he offered to make another and while he was remaking the second one she walked out and he made it perfectly! How ironic! She was rude to him and was inconsiderate and mean she was very entitled. M e and another customer reassured him he was fine and he even offered me the second (perfect) wrap he made for free as a token of gratitude. Great worker and great food, I hope to see him again I could never imagine him...
Read moreI ordered an online pick up order tonight for dinner. My fiancé went to pick it up. When he got home and I checked for my sandwich… I had regular white bread and I ordered it with Italian herbs & cheese bread. Then I got Turkey and bacon on it. No lettuce like I had asked. It was sloppy. Just nasty. I went in to get it corrected and I wasn’t even given great service. They didn’t even look at the sandwich. I was told that I ordered the spicy Italian and that has bacon! Wrong. My order was the italiano Turkey. I kept telling the employee that’s not what I ordered. They didn’t request to re make me a sandwich. I’m SO disappointed in this service.
