Loyal customer who just walked out from buying about $42 dollars of stuff, I immediately called as soon as I got home to inform them that 3 of the 4 packs of cigarettes were not in my bag... I don’t lie and do not need to scam anyone from anything...The guy Joseph I spoke to was not helpful at all, lied and said that he was the only one in the store that the guy that waited on me had just left, and did it with a very rude condescending attitude, I have close to 40,000 points and only shop at this location, even when I have to go out of my way to get there... but as of this phone call with Joseph I will never shop here again, none of the great people that did work here, and all knew me by name are gone, and the majority of the people working there now are rude and barely even make eye contact ...This is store number 32792 on the corner of Gunn hwy. and Henderson rd. This store needs to gdt their management and their employees under control. While i was checking out all you could hear was arguing and yelling and just horrible management skills between the employee and the manager at that time. The lady that was checking everyone out was trying to so her best to distract us from the verbal argument. As everyone stepped away a few customers witnessed one employee take money from the register and place it in her pocket. I couldn't see the employees name at the time but it was the one employee that was being sent home and she was arguing that she wouldn't leave ( I believe her name started with a T, shes a little bit older, wears different wigs every day). Besides that the store has made a good turn around. Its nice to come in a see a friendly smile. The one young lady with the red hair is always in a good mood, she gives the store...

Bad business night clerk kept trying to double bill me for items I corrected him he tryed to void the itiem did not no how to void long story Kirk told me he voided the items that the machine was down I left without any products a few days later I looked at my credit card and I was billed for the items I stopped in to speak to the unprofessional manager she told me they did not bill me I showed her my credit card bill and it was a back-and-forth thing so I had to dispute this with my credit card this is the third time I’ve had issues with them trying to double deal nonetheless the gas there is $.15 above average and everyone there is unprofessional and look like they on some kind of drug substance do shop at this 711 if you do make sure you look at your bill...
