Okay so we are here several times throughout the week after getting off of work, we never have an issue besides tonight, an item was wrong, soft taco no lettuce but had lettuce on it, okay simple fix or I thought it would be, same white dude normally at the window every night we come told him the problem he’s like okay we will get it fixed but keep that one, little Spanish girl comes to the window next after white dude told her to remake the taco and she’s got the rudest attitude EVER she’s like “what’s the issue with that taco” proceed to tell her the same thing white dude told her already, and she says “well he didn’t ring you for that so give me that taco back if you want me to remake it” I had no issue with giving the taco back that I touched already to check, because I mean I wanted what I ordered and it wasn’t my fault dude didn’t ring it up that way, so when I gave it to her I calmly told her “I get your busy and you may be frustrated but you got the rudest attitude problem” she want to sit there and argue she don’t got an attitude but she clearly did. I’m a manager food business 7 years and NEVER would I be that rude to a customer especially one that is there multiple times a week. Okay back to the story. Get handed the remade taco by white boy, I asked him if she was a manager he said YES, I asked for her name he said I ain’t got no reason to give you her name. I’m a customer with a complaint, a loyal customer who you see come in multiple times a week and you can’t give this rude managers name so I can make a complaint the proper way. As I’m asking why he can’t give her name if she’s a manager and I have a complaint on her and he proceeds to say have a good night and shuts window on me. Now I’m not a Karen but that little girl needs to be brought back down to crew until she learns to handle things properly like a manager. Best believe I’ll get her name when my girl works the next time I come and I’ll be going to corporate with her and white boys name to have...
Read moreWow, it’s Taco Bell but that’s no excuse. We go for a late evening snack and place an order, after a very long wait, we reach the window and the cashier asks about our order ( correctly) . We acknowledge and then she cash us out and give us our drink. After another 15 minutes, we hear the stuff talking to her close to the window saying that they have not even seen our order. The cashier ( perhaps also the manager) asks them to prep it and apologised for the delay… and gives us a couple of coupons as an ad-hoc compensatory apology., so far so good. Other than the extremely slow response their team has to get ( fast food ) to clients they are being courteous. Then out of nowhere we get a drink we did not order. Another bag of food comes out and she says that’s for the people behind us. After a few more minutes, another bag of food comes out , she checks it and then she hands it over. We take a look and it was completely the wrong order. Trying to see what she gave us we opened the food and saw it was a chalupa and a Crunchwrap supreme. We advised her that is the wrong order and she kept claiming she gave us our five item order instead of the two we received. She takes it back, also conducted a visual check and sees that is the wrong food for us but belong to someone behind us. She apologised again and ask us to wait a few more minutes. After a couple of more minutes the food came and we did verify it was actually our order lol, but geez. Slow service, confusion, mis-identification of order, stuff not getting all the orders, and health department issues with having guests put their hands on food and taking it back to give it to other customers??? That’s most definitely a no no., anyway, this explains the low quality of service the reviews for this location has with a top score of 2.6 go there at your...
Read moreABHORRENT wait times. They only care about keeping their drive thru times down. Have waited inside for 30 minutes for my order while seeing the drive thru coast along at a steady pace.
I rode up on my bike around 9:20pm to the general manager walking out of the building to her car, the pungent smell of weed in the air following her.
I go inside and order my usual, 2 burritos and a soft taco...they usually get it out to me within 10 minutes.. I go on my phone and next thing I know 30 whole minutes have passed..there's nobody else in the lobby but me so they're only focusing on drive-thru orders.. I go up 30-35 min after I placed my order, gave my name on the order, and was told my order was "at the end of the queue" and would be ready in another 25 minutes...
50 min...? For 2 burritos and a soft taco? On what planet? I want some of what these Taco Bell employees are smoking! I work in food service and it's unheard of for a fast food place to take 50 minutes to fulfill an order. Embarrassing.
The entire time not a soul spoke a word to me until I went up to the counter to inquire about my orders whereabouts. I understand that the whole "order at the kiosk" thing is modern and new and all that, but that doesn't excuse the workers from just being unaware of the customers in their lobby. I don't care about your drive-thru times, I shouldn't have to wait 50 minutes...
