The crew working at this store is absolutely disgusting. The way they talk to customers is mind boggling. I ordered food through DoorDash for delivery. And this is the 3rd time in a row we are missing the SAME item. So after calling the store and no one answering for 20 minutes FINALLY I got a hold of someone. I told her how we are missing food once again and after finishing she goes “the phone is by the ice machine I didn’t hear a word you said” uhh wouldn’t you cut someone off and tell them you can’t hear??? she then goes on to tell me how they are very busy and there’s customers in the lobby and asked what she wanted her to do about it. . I’m sorry but just because I’m not in store doesn’t mean I’m not a customer. I go on to say I worked at Dunkin in high school it’s not that hard to put orders together she then goes “Dunkin’s changed over the years” uhh it’s coffee, sandwiches and donuts??? What’s changed??? When I went to say I want a refund or can I pick up my missing food she then got verbally nasty. So I asked for a manager and she hung up on me. HORRIBLE...
Read moreI’ve been coming here periodically for the past 8ish years since I started pharmacy school in Albany. I’m not certain, but since I graduated around 2 years ago, there must have been a change in management. Manager Kelvin seems to be there every time I go. He is always extremely friendly, but not over the top to the point where it’s annoying, fake, or weird. You can always tell he knows his regulars and any time they enter he is always greeting them while staying on the task at hand and helping in the store wherever he is needed. This “small town” feel is the only reason I make it a point to stop at dunkin when I am visiting Albany anymore. I make sure to always choose this location across from St Peters because of it. His employees are always super friendly, seem to be having a good time, fast, and efficient. I never have any issues with my orders. All of these attributes point toward excellent management. Read moreThe quality of the coffee is good but the interaction with the manager I have is rude. New employee there who was a manger at another store made my coffee wrong 3x( I get caramel swirl she doent put whole pumps in just very quick pumps) the first two times I just took it the third time I said excuse me this dosnt taste right could I get 3 sugars, he proceeded to argue with me that she did make it right and I told her I just want 3 sugar. The next day another employee who has made my coffee before must have heard and she said I'll make your coffee. The manger made a comment to her while making it " I am watching you". As a manger that was very rude to her employee and to me as a customer. I have also bought expired milk from the cooler 3 times. Most of the staff is friendly and nice. But the customer service from the manger and new employee is a put off. Corporate needs to check up on this location...
