Island Bamboo — Restaurant in City of Albany

Let first start off and say the food/prices is never the problem ..because the food always is on point ..but after the customer service I receive the other night from the guy who works there was very unacceptable..Bring disrespectful to females … He was drunk and rude.. to the point he was arguing with other employees.. his mother try to calm him down and that didn’t happen… even other customer had to intervene because he was getting aggressive and his choice of words was unapologetic…The sad part is I never have a issue when I come here … but I believe the restaurant will last if they remove him and his nasty attitude to woman especially when he drunk … no man should be...

This review is long over due , I’ve been coming here for a while now and every time the food has been consistent! A meal is around $13 it’s very reasonable for the amount and taste of this food. If your traveling from out of town i definitely recommend this great Caribbean food ! I also recommend calling ahead of time for pickup they have improved a lot with wait times over the last year I will continue...

Food is good every time I come never have an issue just the wait time for a a bit much. Placed an order at 7:34 the time is 8:30 about to be a whole hour later.
