Motor Oil Coffee Albany State Street — Restaurant in City of Albany

This is the 2nd time where the order was not ready and I gave it 20 minutes (both times) for the order to be prepared beyond the notification that it was ready. Plus the app for the store allowed me to purchase items that were not available!! Got to get it together, and realize that no one has nor wants to waste their time picking up food not ready and need to go back as the food has been paid for already. And have inventory correct so we do not purchase items that are not available and there is no way to get a refund! Probably will not return unless significant...
