This salon gave me the best experience I've ever had! I had gone in to get my hair done at the beginning of January, and I still look in the mirror and can't believe how great my hair looks. I called to make an appointment for a consultation, I just wanted to get a price estimate before going through with it. I was lucky with my timing, as it was relatively slow when I arrived. Carrie helped me during my consultation, and I explained what I wanted done (a balayage into an ombre then a trim with layers put in). She took the time to look at the pictures I showed her of what I liked, and talked me through the process of what would have to happen to get the results I wanted. She gave me price range on how much the whole thing would cost, which turned out to be very accurate. As I said before, it was relatively slow, so she was able to do my hair right away. The whole process took about 4 hours, but it was worth it. I am absolutely in love with how my hair looks now. The ombre didn't come out as blonde as I had originally wanted, but Carrie had explained that any longer would have damaged my hair. I am very thankful that she ended the process early to protect my hair from damage. I felt that this spoke to her level of professionalism and knowledge. I would much rather have healthy hair that's not as blonde, than damaged hair. Irregardless, I love how it turned out! I was so pleased with how I was treated while I was there, all of the staff were very nice, polite, and professional. I plan to return in the future for any cuts and/or coloring! I would definitely recommend getting your hair done...

This was close to the worst haircut of my life. I went in for a curly cut but the woman who cut my hair, who I believe is the owner, had no idea what she was doing. She started it by lightly shampooing and conditioning my hair and proceeded to dry it with a rough towel. She then lightly sprayed a deva product on there - she didn’t mention the name of it - and began the cut. After a few minutes of removing an inch from places at random and doing no face framing the haircut was “done”. My hair was still wet and my curls were completely a mess because the stylist kept breaking up my ringlets with her fingers during the cut. She didn’t dry my hair at all before asking me what I thought. I was honest and let her know I couldn’t really get an idea of what it looked like since it was wet. She then dried it for a minute and asked what I thought. Again, still wet so I didn’t know what it would look like after my curls dried. She put me under the seated dryer with no clips and no product which with curls = flat, frizzy mess. I decided this was an absolute waste of my time and money. They tried to charge me $60 for the cut. I gave them $20 and left. I now have frizzy hair with -at least - the dead ends gone, chunky bangs that look ridiculous, and no shaping at all. Don’t go here. I can’t express enough how happy I was with this salon. I booked services for hair and makeup for 4 women, as we had a very special wedding to attend. My sister in law and mother of the groom, who just finished the last of her chemotherapy recently, was in tears when Jan finished. HAPPY TEARS, of course. She looked absolutely perfect. We all did. We flew in from Florida to attend the wedding. I booked this salon mainly because of the great reviews on social media, but like anything, you just never know what to expect. Our hair and makeup was flawless and lasted the entire evening. Thank you, Jan for making this experience memorable for me and my family. If I could give this Salon 100 stars, I would.
