I ordered bruschetta and 3 slices of pizza and ranch dip (to meet the delivery minimum of $15). THE GOOD: Their minimum is a very reasonable price. The pizza crust was good. It was thin and crispy. Not soggy and well done throughout. THE BAD: The bruschetta was not bruschetta. It was literally a hoagie roll sliced in half and cut into pieces soaked with balsamic vinegar and diced tomatoes. It was completely soft and soggy. See the photo. The pizza was okayish. I tried cheese, spinach and ricotta, and tomato basil. The tomato basil had two teeny tiny prices of basil on it, I didn't even get to them when I tried the slice. It tastes like cheese pizza with uncooked tomatoes on top and no marinara. The ricotta and spinach would have been good except the sauce was so uneven I'd just get mouth fulls of sauce that totally overtook the spinach and ricotta. Had the sauce been distributed well, it would have been good. The cheese slice had the same problem. The tip of the slice was DRENCHED in sauce. All the cheese slid off the tip, it was just tons of sauce and a bit of crust. The the middle was NO SAUCE. None. Not one drop. Just crust and cheese. Then the top/edges had a tiny bit of sauce. It's as if someone was making a round pizza and put several ladles full of sauce right in the very middle of the dough and then failed to distribute it outward. There was also a large black, burnt chunk of flour/dough/I don't know what stuck to the bottom of the pizza. I had this weird sensation in my mouth of something gritty and hard and couldn't figure out what it was at first. See photo. The ranch cannot be called ranch. It was less of a ranch than the bruschetta was a bruschetta. It was like sour cream and a splash of buttermilk maybe? No spices, no classic ranch taste. Also very thick. Consistently of sour cream, not ranch. Overall, I wouldn't eat from here again. Save yourself the long wait and try something else.

The owner has a horrible attitude.. The owner was out front of his restaurant. Selling pizza on sidewalk upset Screaming at someone.. saying hes gona beat up a customer. calling them a mass hole because he didn't buy a slice after asking what kinds they have on the table... terrible way to treat the public in the city you do business in.... .

Everything I had was amazing. Such a fun little place they do a great job of getting food ordered and out quickly. Highly recommend if looking for pizza in the area. The cookies are also amazing soft on the inside and a bit crispy in the outside

This pizza place was perfect on a very stressful night in Albany. I was going to go to another pizzeria, but when I was passing by I stopped in here and they offered me a deal that I simply could not refuse.

Let's just say that I got three boxes of pizza at the end of the night for a decent price. I was able to use these boxes to later feed the homeless in Albany, about six people, as well as a couple, and one person in Schenectady.

Not only that but the multi-residential house that I live in I also offered about seven slices to the community here, which they enjoyed on a easy-going night.

You don't know what an honor it was to get a deal like that and to meet people like you here in Albany. It was such a pleasure. Thank you so much for this delicious pizza, which I have to rate 10 out of 10,

As for the pricing, I have to say the pizza was filling after just four slices. It was in fact very delicious four slices. Usually I can eat up to 6, but four was more than sufficient here.

Lord Jesus Christ and Buddha be with you all. Thanks for reading my review. If I come to Albany, it will be either here or the Cafe Lark pizzeria, which sells a 12 slice...

I work right across the street. Sapienzas is awesome. Going in for a slice can be hectic, it’s a little congested at times with the layout and sometimes counter service isn’t the best. HOWEVER, i haven’t ever had a bad slice of pizza from Sap’s.

My job orders from there frequently to host team lunches. Yesterday was my turn to host an office baby shower. At 11:00am we placed a large order (6 XL pizzas, salad tray, sodas) and were given a confirmed delivery for our requested time of 12:00pm. At 12:01pm I met the driver down in our building lobby. He was very friendly and polite. Our food was packaged well and sensibly (no loose salad dressing, etc). The driver even loaded the pizzas onto our cart for us, he was wonderful! The order was 100% correct and the pizza was piping hot. It was perfect, and great customer service to boot.

I would definitely recommend Sapienza’s pizza to anyone looking for great...
