I typically love Sake Cafe, Order it often, especially while at work. I have used the online ordering system right from their website because I know that Grubhub takes money away from the restaurant. Well I placed a order for my coworkers and I last week which ended up being on a day Sake was closed. I was not aware of this because the system still allowed me to place an order. It has now been 8 days and I have yet to receive a refund. I have been bounced back and forth between EZOrder and Sake with absolutely no help other than being told that it was canceled and to either call the restaurant or call the ordering system. Read moreGuaranteed Satisfaction! We have been dining here since it opened many years ago, either dine-in or takeout, and we are NEVER disappointed. There is something special about the sushi: it is always delicious, satisfying, and reasonably priced. The Thai and Chinese food is likewise dependable. The overall food quality is excellent, prices reasonable, and staff always helpful and considerate. Either Linda and her husband are always there, and both are so accommodating. The Sake Cafe slots in perfectly between very high-end (and expensive) dining, and quality takeout: great selection of food to choose from, nice atmosphere, outdoor tables in good weather, reasonable prices, owner-operated, and we never leave unsatisfied. All this results in us eating there on average 2 or 3 times a month since the day they opened. Their longevity at this location speaks volumes to what you can expect. If it is Asian food you crave, this is the...

The steamed dumplings were OK, but the dipping sauce had no soy and was straight up rice vinegar. Overall, will likely not...
