Zoya’s — Restaurant in City of Albany

It pains me to write this review, but I need to alert all Cusato's customers that this no longer the same pizza. We have been regular delivery Cusato's customers since they opened on New Scotland, and have always been satisfied with their pie.

Last night was very different (aside from the nice delivery guy). First, apparently meatballs are no longer available as a topping (puzzling given their popularity). Sausage, being an acceptable substitute, was ordered. Get this - the 'sausage' was actual sweet breakfast sausage links cut up into pieces (think Johnsonville). Not inedible, but certainly not hot Italian sausage. The rest of the toppings were scant as well, and the sauce is distinctly different, sweeter but more acidic. Again, not inedible, but nowhere near as good as it once was.

Until this is rectified, I need to go find a new pizza place that isn't Spinners. I need meatballs, I need actual good-quality hot Italian sausage and pepperoni. I need fresh mushrooms in abundance. This is most...

My whole review didn’t appear on Grubhub. I order from here frequently and would never mind reviewing on a good night. Tonight my food was cold. I ordered at 619 and it was said to arrive from 7-710. It came at 724. I left it out side for 1-2 minutes. It shouldn’t have been that cold that I had to warm it up.

I called to let them know. I said I ordered off Grubhub and the temperature. I don’t know when it was cooked and picked up and delivered but it was cold and I had to warm it up. The person that answered asked if I was Theresa calling again. I said no. I’m Carolynn. She said “well it’s really cold out, we use hot boxes and I don’t know what to tell you.” I said it wasn’t left outside for it to be that cold. She said thanks for informing us. And that was that.

I do order from there frequently and this is the first time I’ve ever had a temperature or really any major issue. Everyone has an off night and I’m hoping that’s the case. I’ll...

I ordered wings here once before and they were very good. I checked the store hours on Google maps and it showed open today (25Oct2021) - I then used the online ordering tool to place an order and it charged me and showed a pick up time of 3:08 pm on 25Oct2021. I drove over to pick up the wings and the store was closed.

3/5 because the wings I got the first time were very good but the Google hours should be updated and the ordering tool shouldn't be allowing orders when you're closed - I would assume the tool is based on the hours of operation listed on Google maps.
