Went in for a steak and cheese sub not a Philly cheesesteak, they were making one next to mine and the juices and onions and peppers were getting into mine so I asked them to remake it on a clean surface and to wash the spatula, I got a big old attitude from I guess the owner (big tall guy, black chef jacket)he walked away and called one of the other girls to the back, next thing I know I get my meal for free, no apology, basically telling me to get out and don't come back, I told one girl that I was allergic to onions and that the other customers stuff was getting on mine, when I try to explain to the lady that I had onion allergy and that I wasn't trying to be difficult, she told me that I had to let her know beforehand if I had an allergy, rudely, I told her that I wanted a steak and cheese sub not a Philly cheesesteak which it does not State on the menu Nor where the peppers and onions even an option only double meat. Well I've got the spicy Italian sandwich last night and it was awful I called the store no answer they called me back which was nice and talked to young fella there and I told him my problem and he said oh okay and that was it very disappointed. Because 5 days before that I got the exact same sandwich it was delicious. But when I try to explain to the young man was he didn't put the spicy other meat on there he just had ham pepperoni and some salami not very disappointed.
