Asian Ginger — Restaurant in City of Beacon

I drove out of my way to get their food because of the reviews. I especially wanted their crab rangoon...but the crab Rangoon they give isn't even the crab Rangoon you see in the pictures. When I got it, it had an old smell to it and it tasted like it as well. The texture in my mouth was bumpy like it was made in bad grease. I went in to complain about it because it cost $8. She told me too bad. If I don't like it it's not their fault. She would not refund me or replace the crab Rangoon. Watch out for this place. I'm just going to trash it. I feel like if I left it there they'd serve it to someone else. I also feel like if I eat it I will get sick.

You should be ashamed to have treated a customer so dismissive. I believe you do that alot. Treat ppl as garbage or maybe just ppl of my color... I completely wasted my money on nasty OLD crab Rangoon. Your customer service showed a lack of care! So yes throwing that crab Rangoon down in front of your establishment so that you clean it up, did make me feel that atleast my $8 paid for something, it sure wasn't food!

This review is strictly based on a one time experience with their takeout. I usually get my takeout from Isamu, but I thought I would try Asian Ginger based on the reviews. The order consisted of spring rolls, wonton/egg drop soup, hibachi beef fried rice, homemade dumplings, and chicken with cashew nuts. I can honestly say that this was the worst Chinese food I've ever had in my life. The soup was so incredibly salty that it was inedible. The filling inside the dumplings had no texture, and the small amount of chicken that was in the chicken with cashew nuts had me questioning if it was really chicken. I can't speak for the Hibachi rice, but my son said it tasted like pure teriyaki sauce. The only thing that was edible were the spring rolls. I really hate giving a local business a bad review, but this was truly horrible food....

If you're looking for amazing Chinese food this is the place to come trust me they have the best wonton soup!!! Its very fresh and delicious the best I've ever had especially when I asked for extra scallions LOL they really hook it up I really like their barbecue spare ribs with pork fried rice.. all of their food is really good...I also had the pepper steak not too long ago that was really good... the service is also very good there they treat me with love and respect, professional, friendly and very prompt, I would recommend anyone to go there if you are in the area and you are hungry looking for some good food you will get your money's worth stay blessed guys you guys are truly...
