I live out of the area now, but when I get back in town, one of my favorite spots to visit is the Whole in the Wall! I used to come regularly 20 years ago before I moved and the food is just as good now as back then. First, it is an experience. Just two owners running the show, so expect to relax and enjoy your meal and company. Or come by yourself with a book! I always bookend my meal with the Garlic Ball and the Raspberry Brownie. I order the Garlic Ball almost before sitting down! It is pure butter and garlic bliss. Then I like the cheesy chicken bake (which I recommended to my friend) or one of seafood dishes. Sorry, we devoured the food before taking pics, but got the sidewalk view when leaving. I love the food and the atmosphere and always leave calmer and happier than when I arrived.

Just went there a couple nights with my son and we loved the food and atmosphere. Quiet chill relaxing place. Great homemade food by the legend himself - Eliot Fiks. Heâs been a cooking force for 42 years with farm to table fresh food approach. My favorite meals are pesto pasta, the pita pocket sandwiches, mushroom soup, shrimp scampi and love love the babaganoush appetizer. My first time there was on opening night 1980 and 42 years later Eliot still rocks. Definitely always ahead of his times. Make reservations or call to get a table for a tasty meal on a Friday or Saturday. Support local for a tasty homemade meal.

This place is a gem!!! The food is made with a lot of care and the flavors were delicious. The hummus was extremely fresh, the falafel was not overly breaded and had fantastic flavor. The chicken fingers were crunchy and perfectly tender inside. The steamed vegetables with chicken and tofu were also flavored perfectly and had a nice sauce accompanying it. The service was terrific. You can tell they put a lot of pride into the food they make! Will definitely be returning. Itâs just a few steps from a EV fast charger and definitely worth the stop!!!
